Brad was incredibly helpful in providing information and guiding us in getting our mortgage. He was always responsive and had great follow up. He spelled out all the details in advance and provided a list of action items required for the lender as needed. While getting a mortgage is not necessarily a fun exercise, Brad made the process as easy as possible. If I ever need another mortgage or a refi, I will only use Brad services.
