    Easiest and most stress-free auto purchase I’ve ever made, I found a vehicle I liked online, called the dealership and asked for a virtual tour of the vehicle since I was about an hour and a half away. Worked with Anthony, absolutely knowledgeable friendly and attentive to my questions , Helped me work the deal over the phone so all I had to do was sign when I got to the dealership, was in and out so quickly! Forgot my garage door opener at the dealership Anthony so graciously contacted me and shipped it back to my house, talk about quality customer service :) not to mention best prices in the state I’ve seen so far! Shop here you won’t regret it!

    This dealership had a Honda Civic I was very interested in and it was priced really well. I reached out to Marc Luedtke. I was carless, and did not have a way to get to the dealership. Marc offered to schedule a time to pick me up (which was 45 minutes each way), to check out the cars. I ended up finding another vehicle closer to my city, but I know if I would have gone with Marc I would have had a great experience. He definitely was willing to go above and beyond.

    Having seen some other reviews of this dealer that had me reluctant, I nevertheless decided to take a chance on Brad Deery Honda and I'm VERY glad that I did! They had the make and color of car that I wanted, and I appreciated not having to haggle to receive a fair price. Additionally, when I made an inquiry, I did not find myself hounded by texts/emails/phone calls like I have at other dealers. I dealt with one manager: Marc Luedtke, the entire time by email, and once or twice by phone when I needed to call in with a question, and he was always brief and polite...just what I needed! The process was not without its bumps, however. Marc offered to ship the car to me for free (I'm three hours away), which was great...except for the fact that when it arrived I found out the AC wasn't working. The car was new enough to still be under warranty, but I had some reservations about accepting the car AS-IS so I called Marc and he sent me a written guarantee that Brad Deery would handle any AC repairs that Honda didn't cover. That was exactly what I needed, and when I took it to the repair shop he made good on that promise as well. I now have a beautiful car that should last me a long time, and I got it delivered to my doorstep at the exact price that I wanted to pay. I couldn't be happier, and would definitely recommend Brad Deery based on my experience.

    This place doesn’t feel like the typical car dealership. Each salesman genuinely just wants to help you find what you need and want. After spending time with the team, I would have to personally recommend Bob, Ethan, and Anthony to help you find your next car. I spoke with the online sales team member, Kaisha and she was very helpful! They make the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The management team is amazing. You can tell that they’re like a family there. The managers were very nice and genuine. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience.

    I had the best experience with buying my first car!! The staff was helpful without being pushy. They answered my questions with sincerity. They had the car I wanted to test drive ready and sparkly clean when I arrived. I told them my bottom dollar and they were happy to oblige! Because of such wonderful customer service, I continue to get my car serviced there as opposed to my local mechanic shop. I will definitely consider shopping with them again when it’s time for an upgrade.

    I am so greatful I waited to go here to get a car . I was a little reluctant, because Ive heard so many times before from other dealerships they have everything ready ,only to get there and spend hours . Only to be disappointed and confused . Not here they did exactly as they said . We had Anthony as our Salesperson . I still cant believe how smoothly things went . Everyone was super nice and Anthony explained everything like a professional. He helped me back into vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted .I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle .     I love my new baby ( Honda 2020 Crv ) omg I drove 5 hours just to get her ! She was perfect the miles the body the COLOR omg 😆 it was everything I been looking for this Honda CR-V is my dream truck and I just love it !!     I just purchased a 2016 turbocharged Honda civic, and, thus far, I'm very happy with it. Allison took the time to answer all my questions and explain the new features to me. They gave me $1600 more than I owed on my trade in, and took about $800 off the price of the civic, which together more or less paid the cost of my 7 year warranty. Now I've got a great new car at an affordable payment. Very Satisfied!

    I'd like to share my experience as an older woman buying my first brand new car. It was an experience that I was someone anxious about ahead of time since, like most of us, I don't like the feeling that I am less than masterful or that I am being manipulated or the focus of a "hard sell." I've had that experience in the past at other places when buying previous cars and ended up walking out. This was COMPLETELY different. Anthony Wilson greeted us out in the parking lot as we entered the dealership . He was polite, focused, and never condescending. He, and all the staff, made me feel like my satisfaction with my car choice was the absolute point. Anthony, a personable young man, also made it evident that he loves his job and know s his stuff. There were many new electronics to learn about and he is an excellent teacher. I'm thrilled with my new car (2018 Honda Civic cosmo blue 4 door sedan, turbo--😍) The price and service were excellent and I would gladly combine another visit in Iowa (from MN) to go to this dealer again. Overall, an awesome experience.

    My first purchase was a fuel economical vehicle they had on the back lot... 99 Camry with some rear quarter panel damage and broken taillight. I enjoyed the car... knocked the dent out the best I could purchased inexpensive taillight. Had a check engine light on and a miss under acceleration... called the salesperson to ask what code their technicians had found... was informed instead... "car was purchased, as is". I did a tune up... also found the plug wire on the back of the engine wasn't fully seated. Loved the car... my son now drives it, but I guess I didn't spend enough to get "good service". I guess I should have learned my lesson, but my wife found a 2010 Honda Pilot... I guess in the hour it took to close the deal... I took so much money out of the deal... their response to every question I had was, "that is something that you would have to fix out of pocket." Very unfortunate. I literally never asked them to pay for anything... that was their immediate response.

    Really good at lying to your face and taking your money. It’s hard to find decent, honest people these days which is very disappointing. I have called and left messages three times and still haven’t heard back, but I bet if I tried to buy another car I’d hear back in a split second. Do better please!

    These people are snakes! Inspect your car closely! I didnt and i have to pay the price on a car with 12k miles. They are not transparent and Bob the salesman doesnt care about making things right. This is why people hate and dont trust car sales.

    Bought a used car end of June and the first trip had to be towed home. Haven't even had the car a month and it's been in the shop twice still there. Went back and told them what was going on and they basicly told me it wasn't there problem. Will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. Would give a no star but can't.

    Love this Dealership! From the salesmen, service department to the GM. If you are like me you don't like the hassle that goes with buying a vehicle or having it serviced. At Brad Deery Honda you will not have that, they make sure that you feel like part of the family and make sure that you are taken care of. They always have a great selection of new to use to choose from. If you want to have a pleasant buying experience go see them.     **BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!** I ended up driving here from Iowa City to purchase my brand new Honda and it was definitely worth it. Everyone here was great! I emailed them, got a deal worked out and drove there the next day to get the car, the paperwork was all ready and I was out of there with my brand new car in less than an hour! This was hassle free, they didn't waste my time, they weren't pushy, there was no great and powerful Oz behind a curtain and they did things in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back!

    As much as we hate to review, we think it is necessary to know what we dealt with and how we were treated at this dealership. We purchased a 2004 F150 Lariat pickup from this dealership 11/6/19. A couple days in advance, we had asked the salesperson (Kennedy) several questions including, but not limited to rust on the vehicle. We specifically asked, was there more rust on the vehicle than what was shown on the tailgate? She said she didn't see any on the pix, that the truck was “good”. When we arrived on 11-6-19 there was quite a bit of rust on the vehicle, particularly the rockers. We had driven a long way and the vehicle only had 98K miles on it, which made it attractive to us, so we decided to accept the vehicle. When we left the dealership, we started to return home. The truck had terrible vibration. Vibrated so bad the ash tray flew open and the passenger window began to open. The truck was not worthy of the 6 hour trip back to Kansas. When we went back to the dealership in less than an hour, we explained the situation and were confronted with, that we had purchased the vehicle "as is". The person in charge, was not very helpful. We explained we had a long trip to make and would accept the vehicle (although misrepresented) with the rust. But that the vibration was unacceptable. They did not ask if we wanted to test drive the vehicle beforehand just wanted to “get us outta there”. Shame on us for not test driving. Eventually, they asked how they could help us. Originally, we wanted our $ back but settled for, if their service department would fix the problem and they would deliver the vehicle, we would accept the unit. They agreed to have a look and deliver the unit to our mechanic in Carbondale, KS We spoke to the GM of the store 11-7-19 regarding the issue. He advised that he would talk to his team and get back to us. When he called back, he said they would have a look. They replaced the tires to try and eliminate the vibration, but it did not work. The end of the day, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to our mechanic and pay for half of the parts to fix the vibration. Our mechanic had a look and discovered more that we bargained for. He advised besides the rust on the rockers and in various other places, the frame was nearly rusted through and on the verge of breaking completely. We have 3 small children and we feel this is a dangerous vehicle and should not have been offered for sale in the current condition. In our opinion, bottom line is not that we signed the “as is” document, the bottom line is the lack of customer service and honesty displayed by this dealership. BUYER BEWARE of Brad Deery Honda!! .

    My daughter bought the 2016 Honda CRV that I traded off in 2019. I don't know what they do to the vehicles but it had scratches down to the metal on the back passenger quarter panel. On the front driver side panel they tried to fix a bad problem & did a terrible job of the fix. They delivered the CRV to her that way plus the clothe seats were filthy & it was on empty for gas. I have emailed them twice about the condition & of course never heard from them. I will not do business with them anymore & if you buy a used vehicle please inspect it carefully. They will screw you over. When i traded the 2016 off it was in excellent condition. If we would of went there to inspect the crv I would never of let my daughter purchase it.

    My recent buying experience with this dealership and the team was excellent. We were treated with respect and were not rushed from the moment we began speaking with the sales person. When involved, Ryan Turner went well out of his way to provide exceptional customer service and to make sure everything went well with the sale. I still stand behind saying that I do not recommend any other dealership in the area. The staff here don't treat you like a little fish in a shark tank. You're treated with respect and consideration from the start. They are also the most honest dealership that I've seen. Give them a shot, don't let other bad experiences elsewhere leave a bad taste in your mouth when it comes to buying a vehicle or receiving service from a dealership. These guys are doing it right. You'll be glad you stopped in.
