I have been speaking all over the country since 2005. My experience speaking and teaching at BPM REIA was superb. As a speaker I was treated with the utmost professionalism. More important, it was obvious to me the commitment BPM REIA maintains towards education and the success of its members. BPM Mentoring Program is a no brainer you find the deals and they put up the money for the deals. The profits are split with the mentee. This process involves research and the mentoring program includes a lot of materials which is helpful in the real estate investors business. For me the thought of investing in RE was intimidating but something I wanted to learn about in order to make a sound decision. The information shared in the Boot Camp I attended was real world and invaluable. The trainers were so patient and kind in answering EVERY question. They coupled their answers with real-world scenarios to help drive home what they were relaying, no vague "you gotta join our mentorship program in order to get full info" type of tactics. I gained a better understanding of the realities of RE investing as they do not present information from a "get rich quick" perspective but a "you have to put in the work" reality.
