Great Service - I purchased a new Chevy truck from Kevin Walters. He handled all the details and got me the best price I could find. Two years later I needed wheel sensors that are compatible with the truck for a new trailer. I called Kevin. He ordered my sensors and worked with Marcos in the parts department who shipped them direct to my door. Again, Great Service!!! Thanks guys.

My husband owns a 2017 50th anniversary Camaro which he bought brand new. Within the first year it begin having a “parasitic battery drain” and this year is on its third battery. Upon taking it to our original dealership, multiple times over the past three years…you know.. cuz you trust them… it was always blown off as a “bad battery” or “not driving it enough” or possibly the alternator. Their solution was to tender it every night, (plug it in and charge it) which is not a viable solution, especially on trips. We took the car (on someone’s suggestion) to Borderland. Within two days they had a “good idea” of what was causing the drain and by the time we got it back, it’s now running perfectly! Before it would hold a charge for maybe 3-5 days. We’ve had it home a week now with no problems. Turned out to mostly be an issue in the wiring harness, and an adjustment to the computer, not bad batteries or lack of driving, or an alternator. Fabio and Neo know what they are doing and they care about the customer!! They kept in touch with us the entire time and let us know what they were finding! I cannot express our gratitude enough to this team!! There are not enough stars on here to rate them as highly as we think of them! They deserve 20 stars at least!! It’s totally worth the 50 miles each way for us to go see them for our maintenance needs!! And now we’re canceling the rental car and taking the Camaro to Disneyland to celebrate our birthdays… without the tender!!! Lol Thank you so much Borderland you have a customer for life!!

Hi just wanted to leave some feedback on my visit to the service department yesterday. I have been going to these mechanics for years and wouldn’t change places honestly. Marcos gave me great recommendations on the services my car needed. He's really professional and courteous. Rafael is very Knowledgeable and professional as well. First time talking to him and I am so pleased. They will be the only ones that continue to work on my cars!!! Their employees have great customer service and are very informative. They go above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their auto repaired at a reasonable rate and guaranteed service.

Marcos from the parts department was absolutely and I mean absolutely phenomenal. He help me in so many ways and answered all my crazy questions, no matter how bad they were. Great customer service provided by Rafael. He was extremely courteous. Articulated how all my vehicle needs would be provided and gave me a timeline on those services for completion. Completion of all services were completed timely and without issues. Jeremiah quoted me pricing on my repairs required and a timeline for the completion. Again repairs were completed super timely. As my vehicle was in the shop I was provided transportation to & from my residence during the time the repairs were completed. All around services were EXCELLENT. When to them to have the front end of my truck replaced ,from a deer hit,and they where out standing.easy to work with. Got what I wanted and was excellent work. Parts department is also great.everytime I been there,3 times in 5 months, they remember me and and are on point with what ever I need. Highly recommend them for anything.

Stay away from this dealership. Money hungry and unprofessional. How dare you sell a vehicle to someone with a messed up transmission. Not only that but ignoring your customers when they expect answers for the lack of accountability on your end. I will make sure to never recommend this business. I expected more from a town I grew up in. Isn’t it embarrassing how you can help an English speaking customer but when it comes to an only Spanish speaking customer you want to take advantage ?! The fact that the business owner himself can’t take action for the lack of training he gives his staff too. Horrible customer service, unreliable vehicles and even worse management.
