    They charged me $110,000.00 to prepay on a commercial loan!!! Then they didn't remove the lien that was on it. Now I am fighting with them to get that done. Find a better bank to do business with. Then they respond and tell me to call a number that they won't answer. They have my number call me!!!

    Their loan servicing is terrible. My mortgage sales person was great! But, I’ve had no access to my account or statement going on seven weeks now. And it isn’t the mortgage sales person’s job to service the loan. They can’t seem to fix it and blame me. They speak to me as if I’ve never used a computer or web browser. I have no issues with using technology. It definitely feels like I’m dealing with HAL9000, the computer in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey.

    I don't know why we have stayed with them for ten years. It ends tomorrow. Their customer service is disconnected - while their staff is friendly enough, they somehow are prone to dramatic changes in policy without any notification. They flubbed a loan we tried to get through them, though our credit was fine, in 2007. We have accounts in other banks and like ost people have never had any issues, but somehow CSBT seems to time their fees, hidden charges, and etc. to be as inconvenient as possible It can consistently take 7+ days for bills to post that through Chase or First Bank are posted overnight. Want to pay a bill online? Better wait 5 days for it to go through (though mysteriously, through our other banks, they are quickly processed.

    I'm a businessman with a very busy life. I have shown up 3 times to this bank and 3 times they closed early. this is annoying and ridiculous. Shape up.

    Worst Bank in Denver. Their ATM steals money on deposits, shorts you a bill. Happened several times. Instead of replacing the faulty machine, they will eventually ask you to bank elsewhere if you keep complaining for them to fix their ATM.

    first they charge you if you have to talk to anyone, which you will all the time when they lock you out of your account constantly and reset your password. the same password that the system rejects 3 out of 4 times anyways. then they only have people during east coast business hours and you cant really do anything in the off times. also they update their phone program and now i cant access it at all. im only a basic coder and i could do a better system myself.

    They are friendly enough, but really can't do much for you unless you want basic banking. I used to love working with CSBT, but I have been getting awful service, assistance and progression with my mortgage. I plan to go elsewhere with my business. Everything seems to need to be done on the phone, but don't expect to speak to anyone, and machines don't really answer questions.

    We have been trying to close an account with CSBT for months. It has a paltry amount of money in it but they have put up roadblocks at every step, including blocking access to the account online. Customer Service, if you are reading this you need to get in touch with us right away. FRUSTRATED!!! ****UPDATE**** We were contacted shortly after this review was posted. I am grateful for the help and have concluded our business with CSB. Thanks to the gentleman who called and helped us get that straightened out.

    I can not adequately describe how horrible of an experience I had with one of their representatives. I am well educated woman, and i was berated like a petulant child. I would under no circumstances recommend this institution and strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Somewhere where you will hopefully be respected.

    Fantastic service, good hours and many extra options not found at most banks (ACTUALLY free checking, ATM fee reimbursement, ATM deposits, etc.) Plus, they didn't take bailout money!
