I cannot say enough good things of BOK Brookside location staff members. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help, always smiling and efficient. It is nice to walk into your bank and not feel like you are just a number. Thank you. :)

BOK bank is the best banking I've ever experienced. Their staff are always courteous and very knowledgeable. My banker, Jeff at the Brookside branch in Kansas City Missouri, is the best banker I've ever met. And I'm old, really old, so I've had many bankers in my lifetime.

It's a nice, modern, clean bank with friendly staff, good coffee, candy and puppy treats. Everyone was friendly, fast service and no hidden fees or charges like many banks do today. I am considering opening a business account with them based on good experience and helpful staff. It's located in between the vitamin store and fitness place, look for the orange color!

Everyone on staff is amazingly kind, helpful, and considerate!! Inside is always very clean! Forever banking with BOK!!

I have had a relationship with BOK financial for years and the Brookside branch is by far my favorite. Jonathan and Jeffrey are always so kind, welcoming, and such a pleasure to work with. I always look forward to stopping by this location.

Friendly, professional, caring, thorough, and there is always good coffee, smiles, and candy!!! Seriously, though, I have never felt so good about a financial institution. Personally, I am also thrilled that they have a commitment to local artists. Clearly and positively part of the community.

Sara at this location is my favorite. She will answer any question you have solve any problem and make you laugh the whole time you're there. Even if you don't have any banking needs I recommend just going in to chat with her she will lift your mood instantly. Update: I wanted to add to my review with a recent experience. I haven't spoken to Sara in months (because I've had no problems with my account and everything has been super smooth) and she remembered detail about me that I was surprised to hear. It really is just like speaking with a friend. The level of customer service here is unbelievable and I am now moving on to go through them with my home loan. I would never want to bank anywhere else.
