We purchased our home in August of 2021, and had the pleasure of working with Robin Allison! She was absolutely phenomenal! We were put in a tricky situation during a very tough market. Somehow we were able to negotiate a deal on a house that had already had previous offers, because Robin is the best! She even helped us realize while one house we loved was more up to date (and a bit more $$) that the house we bought was better suited for us, and our family. She was right! It absolutely was. It was nice that she got to know us and what our needs were not just our wants! Would recommend her or ANYONE on the Bocook team!!!

We just purchased a home in May 2022 and Caleb Hill was truly amazing. He made the buying process a breeze. Anything I needed he had the answers. Well where do I start? Being as we are a military family, we have been looking for a house to buy since March of this year. What an amazing company that helps our community so much! Wonderful people to work with, would never recommend anyone else! We closed on our home in March 2021 with Harrison Bocook. He was awesome! It was not easy building a home basically through email from NY, but he was always there to help!

We worked with Caleb Hill during the (surprisingly brief) amount of time it took us to search for and buy our first home in Richmond Hill. My husband and I pooled our resources with a friend on this first home purchase, and Caleb did a great job from the outset in directing us to the right specialists to coordinate this complicated process. On our first meeting, Caleb walked us through the entire process using plain language and good discretion about what we needed to know and when. Caleb helped us craft a local search based on realistic pricing and other expectations unique to each specific neighborhood of Richmond Hill. Caleb responded to communications and questions with incredible speed. Caleb encouraged us to view several homes to get a good feel of the market, and he possessed an enormous wealth of information about neighborhoods and offer strategies. Amazingly, our very first offer was accepted, but only because Caleb walked us through every necessary step and was honest and candid about what we needed to do. The process took under three months from beginning to end, and we would not be in our own home today without Caleb. We could not offer a higher recommendation!

I was so incredibly impressed with the work of Caleb Hill! I was recommended to Caleb by a friend who said he specialized in military buyers. He walked us through the whole process and was SO knowledgeable about the current market, schools in the Pooler area, and safe neighborhoods. My family just made a massive move for my husbands job (over 24hrs away), and luckily we came in contact with Shelbi.
