    Very aggressive sales tactics UPDATE : We were contacted by the GM and our initial contact person followed up as well. Both were very professional. We decided to buy our vehicle here after all and couldn't be more pleased. The car was clean beyond expectations and all the various technical things explained thoroughly.     I had never owned a BMW before, so I needed a little extra help from the sales person with the different models and packages available. Joe was kind and courteous, especially on his 10th trip back inside for another set of keys! Haha. He was knowledgeable about the features and specifications, and was straightforward about the expectations for financing options. I would definitely use this dealer again, and you should too.     Disclaimer, I did not purchase a car from here. But I did call in to inquire about a 2020 Certified Pre-Owned X3 M4, it has 17,560 miles and listed for $54,868. I was extremely motivated to get this SUV, probably would've made up my mind on the spot, as I was done with owning an Alfa Romeo (iykyk). I was told on the phone that the sales manager has been driving this car around, and the mileage is now around 20,000 miles. I asked if the price will be lower now, and I was told "No". That's it. Obviously I was confused by this, and said okay then I'm not interested. Then the sale person proceed to tell me: "Oh we checked the mileage on the car and already updated the website to reflect the new price change. It was $56k and now it's $54k".....So you updated the price but not the mileage??? And this was a certified pre-owned, do you have to certify it again since 2000 miles were added. I've always bought new cars but wanted to give pre-own a chance. I've owned a Honda, Benz, Lexus, Alfa Romeo, and this phone call alone makes me never want to look at another BMW ever again. Train your people.

    Couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism here. Nick and the team at rahal were very helpful in getting me setup in my M5cs. This car was very difficult to find and in most cases dealers were charging 30k over sticker. They hooked me up with a great deal and not a dime was spent over sticker. Highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a BMW or any of their other dealers.

    This review is specifically regarding a service visit about a month ago. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but in this case i feel compelled to do so. Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. After giving my keys to the attendant, the valet driver revved the engine and let go of the clutch quickly, as to launch the car. How dare you do that to my car? If they do this in front of you, just imagine what they do to your car behind the scenes. When it came time to pick up my car, their were many hand prints all over the doors as well as tons of scratches all over the front and sides of the car. I brought my car to my detailer and he told me he was shocked at what these guys did to my car. Thankfully, after an expensive paint correction, my car looks great again. So yes, bring your car to these people if you want them to beat on your car and leave scratches all over it.

    Matt was our salesman and he was very friendly and worked quickly to take care of things. I sent an email about the car I was interested in and he called within 10 minutes. I told him we lived a hour away and wanted everything done by phone and email and I wanted to walk in, sign and leave. He had everything ready when we arrived the next day. My husband still wanted to ask questions, but Matt didn’t rush him, he answered all the questions, signed and walked out the door with our car!! Great service!!

    I called this morning after realizing that I recently "lost" my rear windshield wiper in trip thru a car wash. A nice young man asked a couple of questions to triage the situation & said come on in anytime-no appointment needed- and "we'll take care of it for you". Shortly after I arrived, purchased the replacement wiper did they did just that. Excellent customer care & people skills...Nice to deal with pleasant, kind, respectful folks wearing masks- all while quite busy with appointments. First trip back to dealership after purchase.     Bobby Rahal has been my BMW store since 2000. During that time, I have bought several cars from this dealership. I have always been treated well by the management, sales and service departments. Some of the people there have been at the dealership for over 20 years. The dealership is clean and bright. The showroom is decorated with mainstream vehicles and some of the best cars that BMW has to offer. The service department is courteous and efficient with the reception and maintenance of my vehicle. Most of my service appointments have been completed in less that 4 hours. If you are in the market for a BMW, visit this dealership first before you look elsewhere.

    I purchased a 3 series one owner used vehicle with no issues and a clean car report. I drove the vehicle about a dozen times, as I drive a company truck during the week. After 4 weeks my a/c was blowing hot air and I was told there was a crack and the repairs would cost about $2,000. I feel as the issue should have been noticed during the purchase inspection and if not noticed then, some more consideration should have been taken into account. I was discounted $600 which I appreciated, however I still needed to foot the bill for nearly $1,400 which was mainly labor costs. Keep in mind I drove the vehicle about 12 times in 4 weeks. I was told because I didn’t purchase a warranty, was the reason I needed to front the bill. Had the part been replaced before I drove it off the lot, I would not have to pay for the repairs. I love BMW’s and it’s the only car I am willing to drive, however this experience really disappointed me. I would’ve liked the customer service to be extended further and felt I was given the run around. Several of the employees wanted to help but weren’t in the position to make the call, and I wasn’t forwarded to someone who could help me. Overall Matt was extremely helpful with showing me the vehicle and helpful, however I’m very disappointed in how the later situation was handled. I would love if someone reached out who could help me out.

    Gabe, I was upset to hear that you had an unfortunate issue with your air conditioning so soon after purchase. I have looked at the vehicle history and you are correct it is unblemished and was well maintained. We are committed to an extensive check of all of our pre-owned vehicles prior to sale but cannot predict all mechanical malfunctions. It is because of this that even in a case such as yours when not eligible for BMW certification due to age or mileage, we do provide a 90 day power train warranty. I regret that this was outside of that coverage and hope that the $780 total including some extra that our pre-owned manager discussed with you today will make up for this initial issue.     I bought a used BMW 530i in February of this year. It was inspected until January 2021. I love the car but after a couple months a light comes on the dash of the engine. I took it back to you and you quoted around $500. They said it has to be done to get it inspected but I didn’t have the money at the time. Yesterday I took a drive and the brake light comes on the dash. So now I need breaks. I hardly ever drive it I put like 6000 miles on it since I had it but 5000was a trip to Las Vegas and i wasn’t using my brakes very much. I wasn’t told the bake shade screen is stuck in the up position and I get the back Windows to go down from the driver’s door. This is he best one. One day I couldn’t get the trunk to open and I tried everything so I call and asked the service man and asked if there is any hidden button because there are a lot of buttons and I was finding new ones all the time but he said no you need to bring it in. A friend told me to go on YouTube and look. And guess what there is a button to lock and unlock the trunk. I’m not a rich person that doesn’t care about money but I wouldn’t think that Bobby Rarhal needs to get people to bring there car in for something that didn’t need to. I thought when I went there for a car everything would be good but you are just money hungry. Something should be done about this. Do you sell used cars that has problems so you can get money 2hen they bring it in to get fixed. At first I told everyone to go to Bobby’s but Well after I wrote this review I got a call from Kim who works for the company. We talked for awhile and she said to bring the car in. She told me that when the engine light went on the first time and I brought it in they should of fixed it for free because it was under warranty. Also they looked at why the brake light was on and I was told it was just a sensor. They did give me a very nice car to use until it was fixed and they did all this for free. Which was very nice. Like I said BMW is a very nice car and Bobby Rahal is a good company but it’s not perfect. But there are a couple of things that I don’t agree with. When I took it in I told them when you put the fan on it makes a deep rumbling noise. He said that will be $132.50 just to look at to see what’s wrong and when I took it in the first time about the engine light they charged me 132.50 to tell me what’s wrong but it was under warranty so I think I should get my money back but I doubt that. I don’t understand that they charge you to just tell you what’s wrong. I probably won’t take it back to Bobby Rahal if something goes wrong

    Everyone we dealt with was very nice, multiple test drives were afforded including a second drive of the car we purchased. Our salesman and ultimately the technology specialist were great. The sales manager was able to satisfy us and was never pushy or intrusive, at the F&I desk we were offered post sale add on that we declined, no hard sell was used. We drove out of our local area to buy from Bobby Rahal BMW and would do it again!

    Don’t go here to service your car. They had me wait around most of the day even though I waited a week for an appointment. Then they said I needed over $4000 in repairs without much explanation and said that the repairs might bring up new problems to fix. I got a second opinion at an honest and competent independent German car mechanic and they were and able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few hours at a very minimal cost.

    Just got my car back from Rahal. Thought the oil leak I discovered would be covered under my extended warranty and I would pay the deductible. After they looked the car over they informed me , work would be done under BMW emission warranty, not my extended warranty. Parts and labor were free! Great experience! Same when I bought the car used at Rahal of the North Hills.

    Don’t expect much help after the sales process. Richard Bryant was great and it has been terribly downhill since then. I would not recommend buying a car or taking a car here for service. I’ve had better treatment and been treated with more respect at Subaru, Audi, and Nissan dealerships.

    What an incredible experience, by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and I’ve purchased many. Jordon was our sales associate and he did an absolutely fantastic job. True professional. The other amazing aspect of this was purchase was the manager Luke. He initially took my call and I ended up working with him for almost 3 months trying to find the perfect used BMW. It’s not often a manager will work with a cold call on a used car and invest the time that he spent with us. We recently had some issues with a check engine light with our new car. While we were disappointed - everyone at Rahal was extremely understanding and accommodating. They were at times taking the brunt of our frustrations and they handled it with care and compassion.     I had gone to Rahals in Canonsburg this past week for an ‘emergency’ tire replacement due to damage from a pothole. My experience here could not have been better. From the customer service on the phone as well as at the dealership, to the atmosphere of the place, I would rate it overall a 10/10. The waiting lounge was comfortable and had a large array of beverages and snacks. (Continuously being cleaned/sanitized) The service done on my car went quickly for having called them that morning to get in without an appointment. I will 100% use this dealership again while I am living here in the Pittsburgh area. I am incredibly impressed with my overall experience and the friendliness of the employees!

    Biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I wouldn’t trust these guys fixing my bicycle. I took my car there over a year ago and I’m still finding mistakes the mechanics made. I took my car there because they quoted me the cheapest price out of any other certified dealer. I ended up paying almost double, $4,000 more than quoted me. They also said they would have my car done in 30 hours. It took them 3 months. I recommend A&L Bmw and P&W Bmw.

    My salesmen was a real customer advocate and did everything to keep in touch with me and advise me on the status of the process of the sale. It took me over a week to finalize the deal. I was not allowed to pay cash for my car! I was forced into electronic wiring the money because they would not accept my personal check or a certified check from my bank. This was the third car I had bought from this dealership. I was not allowed to take delivery of the car till the wire transfer was confirmed by PNC which cost me $25.00 to do. Then they insisted on a copy of my SS card so to title the car. When my card was not avaliable they told me it would be easier for me to do it on my own, I had already over paid and they could not issue me a check for the overpayment because there was not two managers avaliable to sign the check they would mail me a check next week! I also did not get a clear title for the car! This car dealership is in desperate need of some management! I was told by the manager all these rules come down from corporate and no exceptions could be made. I love my car! But this purchase was not handled professionally and hopefully IF I ever return someone takes over that knows what customer service is !

    Very disappointed with the service here at Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills. My salesman was Darren Smith and was one of the worst car salesmen I have ever had to deal with. First, he indicated to me and my fiancé that if we were to trade in our car, we would get the higher of the two values. So, Kelly Blue Book came up with a $4,744 instant cash offer and after they looked over the car, he said that we would only get $3,500…so there is the first promise not kept. Next, he tells me that running our credit would go out to multiple banks and we would get the best financing available. Well, lie number 2 since I bank with Chrome and my contact there indicated that my loan application did not come though the Keystone Lending Alliance so my credit had to get pulled twice! Chrome did say that they regularly do business with Bobbly Rahal and was surprised that I was having issues. In addition, he stated that my financing rate would be around 5.39% and I have excellent credit! Needless to say, Chrome got me a rate of 3.74%. The final straw came when we were only given one key and a second one was to be ordered. It’s been close to a month and did not hear anything so I called and spoke with the sales manager Tim and he indicated that the second key came in but no one called me to let me know. I would expect this type of service from Bob’s used cars that would have about 15 cars in the lot but not from a Bobby Rahal BMW dealership. I will not be back to this dealership in the future.

    I deleted and completely retract my previous review. Today Bobby Rahal went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received and I'm still blown away. Andrew did more than I ever expected. After my husband called them this morning, Andrew called my cell phone and informed me that he was sending a tow truck with a rental car for me to use and would be towing my car back to their dealership. Little over an hour or so later, the tow truck arrives just as promised. A huge relief to me as I had errands that needed ran. I go about my day and around 3:30pm Andrew calls to inform me that my car is fixed. After running tests and chasing the problem, a new starter and ground strap were installed- all at NO COST to me!! Andrew said that BMW goes above and beyond for its customers and that he hoped this would make up for all of the problems the past week. As if that wasn't enough, a BMW driver drove my car back to me and drove the rental back. Such an amazing thing to do as it saved us from having to drive almost an hour each way. The amount of gratitude and appreciation I have, there are no words. They covered the tow, the rental, the parts, the labor and delivered my car back to me. Companies say they will do right and take care of their customers and most times they don't, but today changed my mind that there are still good, honest people out there that really do care about their customers. Thank you for all that you did for me and trust and believe we will send others your way if ever they're in the market for a car.
