I just purchased my first Jeep Rubicon from Bob Ruwart Motors. My experience with them was top notch. Bob and his Team treated me like family. They fully answered all my questions and thoroughly went over my jeep with me. Great people I will be back and highly recommend them.

They fixed my clutch and flywheel. Had to go back the next day because of a problem with the installation. They were very concerned and helpful. Special thanks to Kendra for all her professionalism. You better give her a raise 🤗

I went in with a tire problem after 5000 miles on vehicle I was informed that tires are not covered under warranty and the cost for replacement was $210 i told them to proceed with the replacement once complete the service advisor informed me that the service mgr Jeff cut me a deal and put a brand new tire on for $139. That was awesome customer service . I know all about customer service I was a service manager for 42 years. Thank you for doing what was right for the customer. I will be back

I called in a tough situation as I needed to get to work, had a dead battery, and live here alone. They sent someone to my house to jump start my truck and helped me get to the dealership. I had a new battery installed and was on my way to work in about an hour! Little did the dealership know, they solidified my choice in where to go for my next truck. I am in the market in the next 3 months and look forward to purchasing from them.

The service department is excellent! Kendra was wonderful. This is the best experience I have had with a Dodge/Ram dealership service department. We have owned Dodges or Ram since 1996. The set up is the slickest we have ever seen. I can’t say enough for their helpfulness and kindness!

Car broke down and they were able to diagnose and get us back on the road. The people were extremely friendly and even loaned us a vehicle to go to lunch. We do not see this kind of service and care in Denver GMC dealers.

I can’t thank the staff in the service and parts departments enough for the great experience! My local dealer wouldn’t even call back and certainly didn’t want to help in my situation, or seem to want my business. In addition to making us a great deal for our new Jeep, they were especially prompt with all their communication. Our interactions were all via phone text or email until we drove the 4hrs to the dealership to pick it up. The staff was professional yet down to earth. All the paperwork was ready and they gave us a thorough walkthrough off our new car. We were on our way within an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership.
