    This was one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. Christine Dumas was extremely personable and made us feel very comfortable. I appreciated her honesty, knowledge and welcoming personality. Parnell Pitts was awesome as well. He treated us like family, which made the financial aspect of the process stress-free.     Gave me a great deal on a nice ride, but when I asked about a repair on the window that was scratched by their price tags they told me they wouldn't fix it. They were very friendly and helpful up until that point. I was also given a spare key that had been chewed up by a dog...Kind of wish they would have went that extra mile to help their customer by replacing that key and fixing the tint that they had damaged. On a good note I am in love with my car. :)

    My experience with BMW of Chattanooga was great. The quality of service was beyond all my expectations. The sales manager that assisted me was Jonathan Allers. He personally picked me up from a sister dealership, as my vehicle was being serviced, he brought me to BMW of Chattanooga, and he dedicated his full time and attention to our conversation. I was provided with all the documents and history related to the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle itself is in near perfect conditions, even though it is pre-owned. After the purchase, Jonathan personally delivered the vehicle right to my home. Overall, my experience was great.

    Everyone here is very nice but service is extremely slow. We did a total of 3 routine services and it took 2 hours last time. This time, it took more than 2.5 hours. Why does a simple oil change take this long? I am glad this is our last service here.

    Parts people were knowledgeable and friendly. Getting a 1 star rating for a known issue and BMW does nothing to help the customer. Instead they want almost $500 for a piece of trim and won't give out the part number for it either. Really? Can't give me a part number for a part on my car? Last BMW I will ever own! On the other hand Lexus will warranty recall door panels and a dash and change them all free of charge on a 8 year old car. Now I know why BMW has such a bad reputation

    Very responsive and always answered my questions. Even though we didn't make the deal, I would try again if they had another vehicle I was interested in. I felt the doc fee was a little steep, and there isn't negotiating on price, but as I understand that is out of their control. Overall not a bad experience.

    It’s nice when you can go to a car lot and actually enjoy looking, rather than being followed. I was asked a couple of times, if I needed anything and when I advised I was just looking, they said to let them know if I needed anything and walked away. That is a big selling point, in its own. Extremely helpful and patient. They got me into my new SUV and I LOVE IT!

    My husband said after we traded my 5 series in 2004 he would never own another because of how arrogant the service was at the BMW Dealership in Roswell Ga was. I talked him into buying me a 3 series last year. I love my car and it needed service so I took it to the Dealership in Chattanooga, Tn- I absolutely could not believe the service. From Randal my service advisor to Kevin the Service Manager it was a WOW experience, they were both Excellent...2 days later and my husband and I both are still talking about how amazing we were treated. My bill was $760 and it was worth every penny. I had it detailed after they serviced it. Seriously this Service Department is awesome. It’s so very rare to find or even pay for good service much less GREAT but BMW of Chattanooga delivered all the bells and whistles. I WILL definitely recommend and return.     Christine Dumas always goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. It’s no wonder she’s been Client advisor of the year every year since about 2013. In this instance she literally cancelled a doctor appointment to accommodate a tight schedule. Amazing! And GM Chris was great too. No fooling around on numbers.

    My home BMW center and recently renewed my lease with the help of Gary Ridge. Top notch service provided by Gary and all the staff. I Highly recommend Gary. The center is easy to access and everyone is very helpful and friendly, specially Jonathan Clower who always get me in and out fast and I’m extremely thankful for that! Tons of parking, nice area to wait with beverages and snacks. Sparking clean bathrooms and loaners available if needed. Sept/2020 service visit: consistently superb service. Everybody using their mask and maintaining adequate social distancing. 01/2022: 2 stars down. Service quality has deteriorated so much here in more than one area. Waiting lounge amenities are beyond limited, few water bottles, Coffee, no snacks and enjoy sponge bob square pants 24/7. Service, Jonathan left to Lexus and now every time I come they try to sneak me something extra in to make money. Sales, probably Limited personnel taking forever to respond and simply they have no cars to sell. I inquired about possibly upgrading my 3 series, I was told I better build and order my car if I want one because they have none to sell.

    We were greeted promptly by Aaron Gentry upon arriving. We had narrowed down to Audi Q5 or BMW X3. After text driving, we liked the handling and safety features of the X3. Aaron was great and super knowledgeable of all the cars features. We got numbers very quickly and met with Sales Manager, David. With the incentives all in, it was a quick decision for us. The overall driving experience and dealership experience were top notch. We had driven a Lexus for the past 5 years and this was a nice refreshing and exciting upgrade for us.

He seemed almost annoyed I was there and he quickly explained his hours and low inventory. I knew it was late and I was unsure of their hours, but he came across kinda rude. He probably didn’t mean to be that way but it’s how it came across. I came back the following day (8/5) around 11:30a and spent around 20 min walking around the pre-owned car area. Not one sales person approached. One guy walked up but was laughing and on his cell phone. I believe he worked in the service dept and on his break. I never saw a soul after that. I drove off. Really unimpressed. I have a solid budget and looking to buy a car as well, so that’s definitely a big missed sales opportunity by BMW Chattanooga. Honestly surprised and disappointed.

    This was a very good buying experience. Had the car bought over the internet, texts, emails, FedEx before I drove 450 miles to pick up the car. All went well, smooth and flawless. Great bunch of people at this dealership even though I was only there for about an hour. Aaron was spot on when answering questions I had(even on his day off) and very quick with all responses. Highly recommend.

    I purchased a new X3 M40i from BMW of Chattanooga last Saturday (8/22/2020), the salesman I worked with was Andy Wise. I traveled from out of state to purchase the car, Andy and his team made the whole process very smooth and effortless. Initially making a deal over the phone Andy was very transparent and there were no hidden fees or issues when I showed up at the dealership to purchase the car. I was looking for a very specific car and BMW of Chattanooga was able to give me the best price in the southeast. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

    We ordered 2 FOBs for our BMW because the batteries were dead on our old ones. It cost over $600 for 2 sets. When we got it we were given instructions on how to pair it to the car. It didn’t work. We then took it back to the dealer and the mechanic couldn’t pair it either. They wanted to look at the car to see if there was something that needed to be done to make it work. They said it would cost about $1300 to fix it. We didn’t want to do that and asked to get the FOBs refunded. The service advisor tried to help but the parts manager refused our request. He said we should have asked if something needed to be done before we bought the FOBs. How are we to know that? It’s your responsibility to inform the customer about that. We have taken our car to be serviced elsewhere because of treatment like this. We only went to you because nobody else can replace the FOB. This needs to be resolved.

    I received fantastic service throughout my recent visit to BMW Chattanooga. I was greeted politely, doors were opened for me, and service was delivered as quickly as possible. The waiting area was comfortable, clean, and offered snacks and refreshments. Most important, however, was the supreme level of customer care I received from Wes at the service bay. He made me feel confident that I was being offered the best care there was, and he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done with my vehicle and how they would do it. When I return in the future, I'll opt to handle my business through him.

    This was my first time bringing my car into BMW of Chattanooga. It is an older BMW and needed regular maintenance. Everything was done very smoothly and the issues found with my car were explained thoroughly at my level of understanding. I loved that they were able to text me back and forth, as it was a weekend and more convenient for me to text while doing my weekly errands. Definitely would go back.

    Excellent customer service! Personable, professional Service Representative Jonathan was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the service which was completed within in the time estimate given me. Additional diagnostics were done due to the Check Engine light alert revealing the necessity of replacement of the thermostat and coolant. Car ran much better going home, but that durn Check Engine light is still on....

    Edit: came back a few days later, and a young man named Landon was very helpful, showing us vehicle choices and features. Will return later to discuss purchase options. Original review: Could have been the weather, or folks were busy, or folks just woke up on the wrong side of the bed - but we arrived and looked at some vehicles in the lot, and we walked around inside the showroom. Nobody approached us to ask if we had any questions, and we saw at least three folks sitting by themselves in their office.

    While travelling from St Louis to Ft Myers, we hit a huge pothole and ended up damaging the sidewall of our run-flats. AAA told us they could tow the car, but due to COVID restrictions, we'd have to find another way to get to your dealership, 33 miles away. Thankfully your staff was able to come rescue my husband and I as well as our two small dogs. Everyone was understanding and extremely helpful. A huge shout-out to Matt! THANK YOU!

    Best parts department in the business. Very knowledgeable parts staff that do their best to help find the parts you need at the best prices. There's no other BMW parts dept that does better. Service department is outstanding as well. I usually do all my own work unless there's specialty equipment needed that I don't have. So, I go there for the rare times I don't. The best service advisors and top techs in the business. They made sure I had a car when they serviced mine even though I would be fine waiting there or call my wife to get me. That's going above and beyond.

    The service advisor, Wes Miller, was exceptional. My service issues were explained well, and the repairs were made in a timely manner. I recently had another vehicle serviced at a “luxury” car dealership and that other experience did not measure up to my recent experience at BMW of Chattanooga. The courteous staff, including Wes and the service manager, Kevin Frazier, made me feel appreciated and represent BMW extremely well.     After a tiring month and a half of searching for a good used car; we came upon a used car here which was exactly what I wanted. The car is amazing! Very clean and in good condition and low mileage too despite being 11 years old. The salesman Sergio was wonderful. Extremely laid back and no pressure at all. The sales manager Zach was great too. He treated us well and worked with us to make sure we got a fair deal. And David the finance manager was very patient with us and helpful. By far the best staff and car we encountered on our car shopping odyssey. All in all an excellent car buying experience. Would recommend and buy here again. I love my new (to me) car!

    Something great happened yesterday. I was driving though Chattanooga on my way to Nashville and had a low oil level warning in my 2017 M3. I stopped by the shop and Wes filled me up on the spot. When I threw down my credit card, he looked at me funny and said there was no charge. So, here was some drifter passing through town with no connection to BMW Chattanooga, and they took care of my problem without charging me. It shows they have great management that gives them the latitude to solve problems like the Ritz Carlton model.

    Went in for an oil change and was notified it was time for new tires. The service representative was helpful and patient in working with me to find the right tires. They ordered the tires and installed them while staying in contact with me to keep me up to date on the process. Best BMW service center I've been too!

    These guys are amazing. I received royal treatment. I was picked up at the Chattanooga airport drove my car to the store, filled our paper work and drove my car home. Chris and Jonathan made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Amazing !!

    I just got my car serviced here. Overall, it was not a very positive experience. Compared to other BMWs services in the area,the service performance was poor. 1) Can I ask why you unplugged the power cable from my dashcam? 2) Can I ask why why you turned off the "blind spot" switch? 3) You have me a list of "critical" items that needed to be serviced immediately (upselling is beyond the limit..) Recommended service 1: Change coolant (really? It was changed 1.8 years ago-10k miles ago) Recommended service 2: Change Belt (Belt change is not recommended at this year and mileage, it is in very good condition-verified by an external BMW tech) Recommended service 3: 4 wheel alignment. I asked if they had any dimensions that showed the alignment is bad and they said "we don't have anything,just based on the mileage..." There were 3-4 more services that needed critical attention 4) I was going to get a brake fluid change and get the recall done. While I was there, (My CPO warranty was expiring) I wanted to get my transmission checked for a slight hesitation that I had in the mornings. I asked the service advisor how much it was going to cost me since the car was under CPO (I even said "was it like $50 or so?" And he said "yeah something like that". He did not say anything beyond that. Then, I had a call from SA and he said I owe them $169 (less 15% coupon) because CPO did not cover it (oh, not the mention fact that I still have that hesitation). He should have told me at the first place. Lesson learned. I know where to take my car next time.

    Nicholas in Service is the reason that I chose to take my 7 series to Chattanooga for service instead of Huntsville. His attitude on the telephone call was Great and that was enough for me.     While we have always had excellent service at BMW of Chattanooga, I wanted to take the opportunity to recognize Nicholas Payton after a recent service visit. We have had the pleasure to work with Nicholas on a couple of occasions in the past and he is always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. This most recent visit we needed to pick up our car the following day and when I texted Nicholas to let him know we were on the way to pick up, he promptly responded with a message letting me know he would see to it that our car was washed again, stating he wouldn't let me leave in that pretty car, covered in pollen! This is just one of the ways BMW of Chattanooga, namely Nicholas in this situation (and the nice person that washed my car twice), cares for it's customers and not just those that are at the dealership to buy a car. We would highly recommend this dealership and when you drop by, look for Nicholas. He always has his nametag upside down and a huge smile on his face!

    I had a really wonderful experience today with Nicholos in the Service Department. He came to my door and greeted me with the biggest smile. He made sure all of my concerns were addressed and never stopped until he crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's.     Great experience buying my first BMW from Christine and the rest of the team at BMW of Chattanooga.     Just got a 2022 BMW X3 M40i and our salesperson was Christine. She was very helpful and wasn't like any other car salesman where they can be pushy or all up in your business before agreeing to buy the car. She got straight down to business professionally and cut the nonsense info and chatter out. She answered all questions we had and made us feel very confident in our decision.     Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER had! It's taking them 3 months to cancel the warranty on my car I decided I did not want anymore. Even after going to the dealership to sign papers of cancellation I was still charged months after. Edit (about 3 years later): I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I found a car I liked there. The price was out of my budget range and a salesman said he’d give me a call if the price dropped. He never did but I randomly saw the price drop on Facebook so I went in the following day. A different salesman helped and I purchased the vehicle and planned to pick it up the following day so they can touch up a few scratches. I got a call the following day that the car was sent to another dealership to check on an engine light pop up. They weren’t giving me any feedback and said I’d have to wait until they can get to it which is another 4 days later on a Monday. The money for the vehicle was already taken from my account. The sales manager told me it would be ready by Monday and if it’s not they would give me a rental to use in the mean time. Monday came and the salesman called me saying it would be ready Tuesday. I asked him to give me a detail explanation on what was wrong with the car but of course he did not know and said he’d get back to me on it and never did. I had to call the dealership that had my car for information MYSELF since BMW employees clearly lack knowledge and customer support.

    My first and last visit to this dealership. Took my 335i in for water pump replacement and when we picked up the car it was running very rough. Service writer blamed it on the after market air filter but the most disturbing was damage to the rear bumper. It appears someone either back into it or hit it when moving it around. Service writer did not denote it on the pre write up but claimed he cannot catch ever mark. My daughter just bought this vehicle and is devastated. At this point all I can do is give this dealership a poor review by spreading the word. Next time it goes to Shipley’s for maintenance. Buyer beware...

    This was a very good buying experience. Had the car bought over the internet, texts, emails, FedEx before I drove 450 miles to pick up the car. All went well, smooth and flawless. Great bunch of people at this dealership even though I was only there for about an hour. Aaron was spot on when answering questions I had(even on his day off) and very quick with all responses. Highly recommend.

    Many thanks to Wes Miller in the Service Department for excellent service. I was on my way to Vacation in Florida when my engine service light came on and said I was low on oil and needed to add it promptly. Luckily, I was entering Chattanooga and remembered there was a dealership. We pulled into the service bay and Mr. Miller had me on my way within 10 minutes! He saved me valuable vacation time and anguish had I gone elsewhere.

    I live in Dalton... about 35 minutes away. I noticed an amber "check engine" light - - and your team got me an immediate appointment. Thank you for having the flex to help me prior to the weekend. Jonathan managed the service - - and did a fantastic job. I was able to work from the lobby area with a video call in a quiet corner next to the Parts counter. That was great. While reading the code did not really reveal a necessary repair - - Jonathan noticed that I was inside the preventative maintenance schedule - - so, he had those actions completed (oil change, etc..). That worked perfectly - - and prevented me from making an additional visit in the near future. Great insight. I also purchased a $500 220 volt charger with Dan - - and it will arrive next week. I did not think about this when I purchased the X5 several months ago. So, I am now set with a much faster charge. I really enjoy doing business with great people. It does not always happen that way. So please thank the team for helping me. The person who worked on our X5 did a great job - - and Jonathan did a perfect job making my visit as efficient as possible. The car wash was great - - and made me feel like the total experience was "not a chore". A job well done. I wish your entire team all the best in 2021.

    After having dissatisfied repairs made on my BMW Z4 with other service providers I ended up at BMW of Chattanooga. I must have been given the DREAM TEAM with Dan Taylor, parts manager, Kevin Frazier, service manager, Wes Miller, service advisor and Brandon as my master tech. One stop with the job done right the first time. I would have saved thousands of dollars had I only gone to BMW of Chattanooga to begin with. The staff was beyond my expectations, very personable, and listened to my concerns. Lastly, its always hard to say you really like people when they are giving you a bill, but when people exceed you expectations what else is left.

    This dealership has helped me with TWO BMWs. Jonathan Allers opened the door for me and my mom in 2020 and helped me choose an X1. A little more than a year later, I called him up and told him it was time for an upgrade! He took control of the situation and a few days later I drove off the lot with a beautiful X4 Msport! Parnell, the Finance Manager, was fantastic! He walked me through the process and made it so easy for me. The General Manager of Sales greeted me as soon as I pulled in and then again on my way out. I absolutely adore this team and only buy my BMWs from them! I drive two hours even though I have a dealership in my city because their service is just that good!

    Your service advisor, Jonathan Clower was exceptional. I understand BMW is an upscale vehicle requiring, for some reason, higher maintenance cost than other brands but it seems every time I bring the vehicle in, I have a cost of approximately $1000.00. Like I said, the treatment I received was exceptional but if this is the norm, I have to realize I'm out of my league and would have to express these views to others.

    Quick and easy. Had a minor issue with the cigarette lighter/charger I had to get fixed really quick and Nick Payton helped me get outta service in no time. Definitely coming back here in case I need to get anything installed in the future

    I've always hated purchasing new vehicles. I love the cars but never liked the dealer experiences. I accidently requested info through Car Guru's on a car that I wasn't even interested in and found BMW of Chattanooga. I'm glad I did! I was pleased to meet and work with Gary. He informed me that he had been with BMW for 20 years and was easy going and laid back. They had a BMW X5 that fit the bill. Gary made the entire experience painless and the deal was basically done over the phone. (After seeing and driving the car in person) If you are looking for quality, pre-owned vehicle, I would recommend BMW of Chattanooga and ask for Gary.

    This is my second leasing experience in Chattanooga, and the BMW staff is exceptional- especially Christine! Just picked up my new X3 yesterday, and their BMW Genius spent 2 hours inside the vehicle explaining how EVERYTHING works. I was very impressed that they take the time to walk customers through features other dealers expect you to figure out on your own. And the vehicle itself- loving it!

    I ordered the part for my X5 with Wes on Tuesday and on Thursday I got a call stating the part was in, and I was actually able to schedule an appointment for the same day. As soon as I pulled into the service garage, I was immediately greeted and helped by Wes. I was on crutches so as soon as i gave him my key and some basic information, he walked with me inside so I could sit more comfortably while he continued to process the service and get it taken back. When my X5 was finished, Wes came to get me from the waiting area, explained what was done, processed my payment, and let me continue to sit while he pulled my car freshly washed car up closer. He patiently walked me to my car and genuinely thanked me for choosing BMW of Chattanooga and reminded me to call or come back when I need them again. I do appreciate the consistent great service, friendly and familiar faces like in the service department like Wes and the service manager Kevin, and the genuineness of them and other staff I have interacted with. BMW of Chattanooga definitely gives other BMW locations a run for their money when it comes to customer service.

    My experience with Gary Ridge is always pleasant. He is knowledgeable about nearly every make and model of vehicle on the road. That is where his many years of experience set him apart.     **updated from 5 to 1 stars. Would not recommend buying any used vehicles from here. The day after I purchased my car the battery light came on. I took it back to see if it were previously on and what was wrong. While my car was being repaired, an associated clearly stated used cars, even if newer, are not fully inspected for issues. (Lol) they did fix the battery, a cord needed to be replaced. A year after financing, my car was paid off and I sent in the paperwork needed for a GAP insurance refund. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Parnell P. since 9/29/20 with an update. My emails and calls have been dodge. My original experience was great, but after I drove my car off the lot I would not actually return back. ——————————————————————————- I’ve never been so exited to buy a car! I’m finishing up college and knew it was time to get into a more reliable car. BMW of Chattanooga made my dream come true of just getting a car that I know I can rely on every day, and that I genuinely love driving! The entire experience was great - from driving on the dealership to signing the papers. Phil is the bomb and I have already recommended him to multiple friends and coworkers. II definitely plan to come back when it’s time for an upgrade!

    BMW of Chattanooga had a 2014 Audi A6 with low miles and at a great price. I really had low expectations because of some really bad experiences with other (non BMW) dealers, and because I never envisioned purchasing an Audi or from a BMW dealership. We were on the lot for a few minutes when Phil Hill met us outside. He was extremely polite and informative. He gave us some history on the automobile and we went on a quick test drive. I still had more questions and research to do about the vehicle, and told Phil I would need some time to think about it. He was very understanding of my time and did not push or hurry me any direction. A few days later I asked him if the vehicle was still available, and it was so I went to pick it up. The car was ready and clean before I even arrived, and the whole buying and financing experience was quick and painless. Parnell Pitts was our Finance Manager, and he did a great job of explaining all the extra insurance plans and warranties, and did not try to sell or push us anything after we told him we weren't interested. This is a great dealership with great people!

    I was a little nervous about buying an expensive car (for me) out of state when I couldn't inspect it in person. But BMW of Chattanooga had what I wanted and the price was amazing. The car is a current year model, previously owned for only a week and had less than 300 miles. I contacted our dealer Brad who promptly responded to all my questions, texted me video of the car's interior and exterior, and saw to it that I got the all season mats I requested. I had also looked into a demo at a different BMW dealership but the customer service was mostly indifferent so I went with Chattanooga. So glad to have Brad's assistance with this - he was stellar and made my buying experience a positive one.

    My service advisor, Jonathan Clower, provided excellent service, proving me with a competitive quote for services discussed! He had tech's ready to start work as soon as I arrived from my home town 2 hours away. A loaner vehicle was made available allowing me the opportunity to visit family while my X3 was being service. The tech kept me informed as to any additional issues that were discovered during completion of the work and it all was done in less time than expected.

    Fast and friendly sort of... Ya see the last time I brought my car in for the Takata airbag recall for the drivers side.. about a week or so later the airbag malfunction light came on. It has been on ever since. I figured it had something to do with the passenger side recall. The service guy wanted to charge me $160 just to run a code check and give a diagnostic for something that obviously happened in the BMW service center. $160 bucks is about half of what it would cost me to buy my own OBD reader . No thanks

    My experience at your dealership was wonderful. I arrived early for my appointment and the car was taken into the service area immediately. I was told that the recall would be completed in about 2 hours. However 45 minutes later the car was completed. I was delighted. Thank You ever so much !

    My wife and I recently had our first experience with BMW of Chattanooga. We own an older model BMW we purchased from a private seller a couple years ago. We had no issues with the car until a few weeks ago when we learned it would need significant repairs. No one enjoys having to repair a car, but Wes and the management team at BMW of Chattanooga made the experience convenient and reassuring for us. The promptness and courtesy shown by them let us know we were dealing with professionals who take pride in their work. Past experience has taught me that some dealers do not make it a priority to service vehicles purchased elsewhere, but not BMW of Chattanooga. At no time did we feel we were second fiddle to anyone. The courtesy, urgency and professionalism we found at BMW of Chattanooga assured us we were receiving the best possible service we could hope to find.     We unfortunately purchased my BMW from BMW of Chattanooga. We have had so many horrible experiences starting with the salesman to finance to service and even onto a third party that BMW outsourced to install an “add on” to my car. Apparently BMW doesn’t know what business etiquette is regarding returning phone calls! It took two days to get a return call from them and this is while they had my car for the “add-on” that we purchased. They do not care about their customers once they sell you the car. After you sign the papers at purchase you are on your own. Good luck with getting ANY kind of assistance. Once you finally get a live person other than the receptionist you are passed off to another person and another person and so on! The person you speak to on the phone tells you “ I can’t help you with that, let me get you to the correct person “ and gets rid of your call only to be passed over again and again. They do not keep their word. They promise and assure you over and over of something just for you to find three days later of the repercussions they have put you through. Unbelievable that a company that presents itself as a prestigious, trustworthy company could fall so far below expectations. I do not recommend BMW of Chattanooga to anyone! My car was not a problem, it’s the company that was so very disappointing! I give them a thumbs down and if there was the option to rate them with zero stars I would.

    I took my vehicle to BMW of Chattanooga to have 2 rear tires mounted and balanced. I made and appt and was there 30 minutes before the appt. The service dept manager Kevin Frazier, was there to greet me. He offered me a rental until my vehicle was ready so that I could finish my errands. How considerate! After being gone for a hew hours, I called to check the status of my vehicle. It was not ready and I was told that I would be contacted once it was ready. I completed my errands for the day and received a text and an email letting me know that my vehicle was ready as well as a link to express pay my invoice. The service was great and the service advisor, Wesley Miller was great in communicating with me. Kevin and Wesley did a great job and saved my Saturday. Thanks guys!!

    I bought a 5 series BMW last week. The experience was great, this location has very competitive prices. Gary Ridge helped me from sales, he is professional and well experienced. I liked the way he explained me the details of the cars and how to maintain and handle BMWs. He has great knowledge and his experience shows in the way he is treating the customers. Thanks Gary!!
