    I've had a car loan for these people for 5 years now, and every year there's a problem. I've had enough I'm refinancing out and never coming back. Sick and tired of them bouncing my payment back for no reason just to add on a late fee and then when I try to get a hold of customer service I asked for a temporary telephone number I was never given and I can't get any further. Worst bank experience of my life.

    Bank is not even open at the hours they say. I was there yesterday at 4.30 pm and the bank was locked. They say open till 5 pm and ATM till 4 pm. But the ATM was open. Strange. Looks like their web is wrong

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve brought checks in and they place them on 9 business day holds. So your funds are not available for over two weeks. I deposited cash and they put a 9 day hold on it. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Bank anywhere else.

    good put put money in savings account for a secondary. easy to transfer money into different accounts. these guys work hard and deserve more

    I was there today to check the value of some savings bonds I just received. I was expecting great customer service since I have not really had any issues but the lady who helped me was nasty. I did not realize this whole process took so long and even told the woman I was not sure how it works. I already felt terrible because I was holding up customers behind me after a while but I also kept getting looks from the other employees as if it was a huge inconvenience. I just felt the employee was making snarky comments behind the window. I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. The woman just had a look of annoyance on her face. I was going to apologize but was done at that point.
