BMO Harris Bank Division St, Plainfield

I spoke to Christy on the phone today and she was so helpful. I had a replacement card fee, which I was unaware of, as someone tried doing fraud on my account, and she was able to remove it for me. I had also ordered checks when I decided to open up a bank account with them and I never received them because no order was ever placed by the manager and she was able to place an order for me over the phone. I had my problem solved today and I really hope BMO keeps hiring people like Christy.

The canister that is in drive up cut my thumb. Who knows what FILTHY hands and bacteria is on those. I cleaned and sanitized my wound and asked for a bandaid. They were rude but gave me the managers card. He in turn called and apologized. He said someone from insurance would call. I had to call when they didn't contact me . The insurance company finally called and told me basically I'm SOL and they do not take responsibility. Ok I'm taking ALL my accounts out of BMO. BYE!!!

Good Location, Solid Bankers, Great Bank Manager!

Long time business customer but first & last time using this branch location. Funds from a business account held for 2 days. We have never ever had this issue with any other branches. I will use the Division street or Oswego branch and won’t use this location again.

Apparently when they say open by 9am they are lying. And tell me I have to wait outside in the cold and snow. Why say open by 9am if you're not going to is it my fault that the employees are arriving at 9? Why do I put my hard earned money to be left outside.

i paid my credit card payment but it’s not shows on BMO app so I called a lady pickup my call I asked why it’s not shows on my app she said hold on then hang up my call. I Hope they fix this thing..
