BMO Harris Bank Price Pl, Madison

I don't bank with BMO, but I recently started going through them for a loan and they have been so helpful to me in figuring out how to set up payments, have always been willing to answer any and all of my questions, and have never pressured me to switch from my bank to them. Every time I have gone in here, they always greet me with smiling faces and I have never had to wait for help.

Tried to exchange coins for bills. Probably a 5 minute thing to do. Couldn't help me because I wasn't a curremt customer. Drove to a separate bank helped me no problem. Stay way from this place. I don't know how they expect to get new customers if they won't help anyone new.

Segoe branch sucks I was trying to get some stuff switched and they were mean to me. I will go somewhere else.

Poor service. The staff is polite and unhelpful.

Called at 12:01 pm on a Saturday to make a transfer to another member's account. After ignoring the call for 20 seconds, an annoyed woman answers and asks me how she can help, and after I explain I need to do something that would take 2 minutes, she tells me to call the customer service line, which was unable to help me. So much for "the BMO affect" and great customer service! Getting out of work at noon on a Saturday is way more important to these rude employees. If I could rate a zero I would. 🖓

I asked them to obtain Colombian pesos for me in advance of a vacation and they gouged me for $120 on a $1,000 transaction. Wàs able to exchange money there for very minimal fee.
