    Any type of simple banking transaction takes 3-4 times longer than it should. If you don't have a debit card (for business accounts for example) it takes forever for them to find the accounts in the computer. Its really difficult to comprehend and does not inspire confidence.

    If you bring them a check that is from them and issued to you, they will refuse to cash it. Also, when you request literature that defines that policy, they refuse to provide it. The bank manager said "that is private internal information". Would leave zero stars if possible. BMO discriminates unfortunately. Perhaps I should have wore nicer clothes and cleaner shoes to enter their new downtown location. :(
