If i could give ZERO stars I would!! Bank is horrible...no follow-thru... never answer the phone... they could probably care less!! So done with this bank and moving on! FRUSTRATED!!!

Looked up phone number so I could ask a quick question, but like everyone said in the review - they don't answer the phone. EVER. You think after so many complaints they would address the problem, but they have not. I assume I can come in and get something notarized since I bank there ... but it would be nice to know before I drive there. If you haven't selected this bank yet - look further, you'll be sorry! This isn't my first issue. Always want to change banks but it's such a hassle. And they know it....

I called for 3 days straight and finally had to physically go to the bank to ask one question. What is the fee for stopping payment on a check. I couldn't find it anywhere on the site and when i found out it was $35 I knew why. THEY NEVER, EVER answer their phones. NEVER!

They are the overdraft fee kings one check was proven to be a fake by the police department they cashed it,done from a digital printer that I don't have still had to pay for amount of the check and over draft fees,never had so many overdrafts in my life, something stinks

Worst bank ever. Have spent three days trying to get someone to answer phone. Absolutely no customer service. This is not the first time I have had this experience. Actively looking for new bank that actually picks up a phone

An account holder for many years and this branch has gone downhill. No longer the local hometown bank it used to be. Can never reach a human and phones consistently ring without answer. What good is a local branch if a human never picks up the phone? Seriously considering taking both my personal and business banking elsewhere.

Micah is the greatest. He has been so helpful and kind, I rate him 10 stars. The over all banking experience there isn’t as good as it use to be, but as long as Micah stays, I will as well.
