I met with Drew (branch manager) for assistance with an issue that wasn't getting resolved. He reached out to the other company and got it resolved within a half hour. This was such a relief as I had been trying to get it resolved for over 3 weeks. He was very professional and helpful and didn't hesitate to do whatever was needed to get my situation taken care of.

Jackie was very helpful with precious customer as well as my debit card replacement. Song was patient with another customer who had questions about a monthly ACH autodeduct that missed a month.

The Team at Blue Ox are some of the best people I’ve worked with in regards to banking & finance. They helped me with my mortgage and do not hesitate to step in and help one another if somebody is busy. Judy, Tracy & Alex are all AMAZING and I would highly recommend them!

Used to love this credit union! They used to be super friendly, know their customers and you felt valued. Now with their new policies you feel like a number. Why do I have to prove who I am to pay my loan? Who else is this town is trying to pay my loan? Better question is why aren’t you letting them? Ha ha Honestly need to look at treating your customers better. My family has had some bad experiences lately. Wouldn’t recommend until they fix their policy and customer service issues.

I’ve been with this Credit Union my whole life. It is an understatement to say that they have course me much financial stress. Slow process time, long waits on the phone, and yet the staff is still unable to help. They have removed money from accounts without warrant and will do anything to make it look like they didn’t do it, or it’s just your problem. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you enjoy living in financial ruin.

Tower Credit union got bought out from theses clowns and down hill after that. They think the customer (member) is the problem when in all actually its them causing problems. I ran over 500k through this bank in the last two and half years and had multiple issues. I highly don't recommend them and the work environment seems to be exactly how they treat customers. Mark my words this bank will be bought out by a bigger one in the next 5 years tops.

I got a personal check from my grandmother for my birthday through Blue Ox as her credit union and because I’m a non member they charged me 20 dollars out of the 100 she gave me. Really ripped me and my sweet grandmother off especially when I had to travel and hour just to cash it at their bank. Otherwise my bank was going to hold the check for 2 weeks. Horrible credit union robbing me for my birthday.

I have been with BlueOx for years now. They are always friendly and helpful which I think is very important. They do have their issues but seem to be working through them. I seem to always have issues with my debit card not working whenever I get a new one, but with a trip back to the bank, they are able to reset it. Every time I’ve had purchases without my consent, they refund my money. Monica, a teller at the Battle Creek branch was very pleasant and helpful my late trip there. I’ve had accounts elsewhere and have been treated rudely, but I am always greeted with a smile at BlueOx. I highly recommend them.

I came in to file a dispute form and they so kindly have given me a provisional credit in a timely manner, much quicker than I could get any response from the company that I was trying to work with. And recently I use the iteller and needed someone to help me with it the first time and she was amazing (Teke, I believe)! Great update to your services!!

This used to be the best credit union in the country. Now they are a bank i guess cause there is no community in it. As stated in other reviews they used to care about you now you are a number. Probably should move over to grand trunk credit union. This credit union is mismanaged and going downhill. It pains me to say i closed my accounts after 35 years here.
