Bluegrass Community FCU Carter Ave, Ashland

I'm very pleased with Bluegrass Credit Union. All of the Tellers and Office Manager "go above and beyond" to help meet customer needs. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and "personable". The customer service is excellent! :-)

This place is absolutely terrible. Their computer system goes down all the time and you cannot get to your money and they have blocked everyone's credit card except for use in Ky, Oh, and WV....sorry I pay bills online and not all are in the tristate area!!! Would it recommend to anyone.

Worst bank in Ashland...can't even do direct deposit correct and then tells me it's my fault loans don't get paid? Manager called and threatened me on the phone...my employer told me to not bank there anymore. Joke for a bank!

this place never has it together..you talk to one person, you get one story, you talk to another person, you get another story, they are rude and condescending, and if they mess something up, they make the customer pay the difference.

The staff is personable and accommodating, the offices are clean and I have yet to have any problems with my accounts or the staff.

Rude customer service..inconsistency in stories..they seem like you are a problem and you are putting them out when you call..they never return messages or calls...please don't bank here..its a mistake!!!!

Everyone is so helpful and courteous, I wish other institutions would watch and follow their example!!
