“Phenomenal” is the only word I could use to describe our experience with Chris and Logan! The first person who contacted us from lending tree made us jump through a ton of hoops to even get a quote for the loan, only to say we couldn’t get approved. Chris called while I was waiting to hear back from the first guy and gave me a quote immediately over the phone. When the first guy told me my employment at one of my jobs couldn’t be used and I therefore couldn’t get the loan, I sadly emailed Chris and informed him we wouldn’t be able to get a house this year. Travis walked me through everything, kept in constant contact through the whole process, and was like my therapist (LOL) while I went through my first and second refi process. Figured I would give them a try because of the great rate they offered me.. Waited two months on closing with very little communication on the status of my loan. Glenn seemed overwhelmed and frustrated with the loan companies slow progress and tried keeping our business buy refunding some of the fees. In the end, we decided to go with my current loan company instead after they matched the interest rate.
