Whether it’s a mortgage or a refinance, the experience can be stressful. Like many people, I refinanced to take advantage of historically low rates within the last year. Unfortunately, while doing so, I temporarily choose the wrong path. The company that serviced my mortgage was aggressive and persistent with marketing materials related to cost savings. I started the process with them and found that their focus was on profits and not customer loyalty. After dealing with numerous people and being offered a discount halfway through the process, I terminated the transaction. I had made a mistake. Instead, their intentions are genuine, and they care about you as a person and consider you a Customer for life.

Rick and the Blue Water team have assisted myself and my wife on multiple mortgages and refinances. Sure, you can pretty much go to anyone for those types of events...right? You can do that and stress out over all the action items that those other places miss on. I've worked with Chad Fletcher on two separate mortgages. Both experiences were outstanding. Chad and his team were on top of things start to finish, very efficient, kept me on track. The rates were competitive, and the process was very timely, as opposed to other lenders I dealt with where there always seemed to be information missing, or delays in responses. I needed a quick close this 2nd time around, and Chad, Ann, Nicole and everyone did what they could to make this happen, saving me a good chunk of rental money.
