As a first time home buyer, I really appreciate how transparent and patient Mike was. Even before he knew that I would choose him as my mortgage broker, he was willing to walk me through every single aspect of the home buying process and let me know what to expect from other brokers/lenders. I specifically told him to give me all the details, keep track of all of the milestones/deadlines, and provide frequent reminders.
