She was very responsive and always on time. She is a friendly person as well, very pleasant and down-to-earth. I recommend using this company and Melanie very highly.

Mel and David sold my North Fork river frontage lot in 12 hours, last Spring....for more than I thought I could get for it. They know the Market well. Courteous, prompt, focused, and very positive. I certainly would suggest giving them a call, before going to a larger broker. Great experience. Fun people.

Astounding. The process was simple and easy for me. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience. My buyers wanted a 30 day escrow.
