We were amazed by the attention to details, the friendly and efficient staff, and the ease and speed with which our closings occurred. Such a huge difference when compared to past property closings we have experienced. I don't usually write online reviews but I just had to recommend Blue Ocean Title. Jessica Bailey is INCREDIBLE! Not only did she come to our house for our closing but she also saved us $500 by calling our old title company and getting half of our owners title policy refunded.
