5 star experience!!! Brandon, Jennifer and Cherrie were so friendly and professional. It was my first time to do refinance with a broker and had an amazing refinance experience, they’re serious and honest people. The entire team was polite, helpful, and fast. Kept promises and our closing timeline. Portal was easy to use for uploading documents electronically. Definitely helped me financially and emotionally. I just wanted to say how wonderful everyone at Blue Home Loans, Inc. I was very apprehensive about refinancing my mortgage loan after shopping around with Chase and Bank of America. But I came across Blue Home Loans online and literally after about 5 minutes of having submitted my information someone reached out from the company to talk to me about what my goals were with my loan. At no point in time did they try to sell me things that I did not need and they had no problem breaking down or explaining the financial terminology to me. Brandon, Cherie, and Jennifer were amazing throughout the entire process. They stayed in communication with me and kept me up to date through text messaging and via email, which was extremely helpful since I work nights. They always kept in me the loop ! As far as closing, we set a deadline of when we wanted to close the loan and they exceeded those expectations! Even now after I closed on the refinance, they have made themselves available to me for any questions that I might have. My first VA purchase was done with Brandon (Blue Home Loan), and I have stream line my home three times. He has couched me and got me through all my home loan needs with ease and worry free. He is located down south of California and I am located North of California, yet the process was so smooth I can’t complain. He personalizes the process and their services are up to date. He communicates via text messages, email, phone calls, and through their portal. You won’t miss a step. I wanted to refinance my home because if the ability to take advantage of such low rates. I called Brandon and was able to speak with immediately and within a day or two everything was underway.
