I am so glad to have used Blue Brick. Shelley is fantastic - very quick to respond and to clarify things. Tom and Jacobs are amazing too, always answering our questions and keeping us at ease. We didn't have a agent (builder wouldn't pay for a buying agent) so we asked non-loan related questions too and they answered them all. The interest rate was best we got and the free lock period was also longer than what other offered. I would highly using Blue Brick.

I fully admit I was skeptical of the flyer I received in the mail. I get a couple things like this every month but was about to move forward with another lender and glad I checked this out. They saved me thousands in closing costs and their rate of 2.87 was significantly better than my 3.25 from the other group. They were very responsive and easy to work with. These guys are great! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great communication, electronic signatures, a great title company with a mobile notary that brings your closing documents to your home or office. My refinance was easy, seamless and did not cost me anything. Then I refinanced my investment property and had the pleasure of working with Bryce, Rod, Jacob and Whitney again for a fast, professional, and seamless transaction. I just applied for another mortgage today for an investment property because it was so easy to work with all of them and I know I can close quickly.

Tom Garvey and his asst. Shelley Hendricks were my first contacts who respected my requests for all general info first to be by email. Other lenders I reached out to at the same time all insisted on talking on the phone right from the start. Tom offered a great product, exactly fitting my needs and Shelley is THE BEST in terms of communication and answering every question during the process (or finding someone who could answer). Then Lee Butler was my loan processor who put it all together and took it to the finish line. Lee too was tremendous in communicating. Blue Brick delivered as advertised, no fees, speedy close, and I would use them again without hesitation except my loan rate is now so low I doubt I will ever need to.

After getting kicked around by Rocket Mortgage, Blue Brick swooped in and saved the day! I couldn't have asked for a better refi experiance, or closing experience in general. Tiana, Shelley and Tom were absolutely outstanding! They were all super responsive, friendly, professional and overall wonderful. I received a mailing from Blue Brick Financial advertising some good rates with absolutely no out-of-pocket expenses. I put it to the side because I didn't believe they would do it and I have experienced other loan companies that advertise such, then switch you to something different. But I had a need arise so I gave them a call. They were very professional, had a great team working on my loan and the communication was excellent the entire process. It was the best experience I have had on a real estate loan. And they DELIVERED AS ADVERTISED with no hassles. Many thanks to Tom, Shelley and Ally for a job well done!!!!!!

Do not waste your time filling out the paperwork. They are offering no closing costs, but there rate is higher than other offers. Also they only want business from people who make over 100,000, and people with higher than an 825 credit score, and over 50% equity in there home. There are better offers, so don’t waste your time with Blue Brick Financial unless this is how you want dealt with.

When I first heard about Blue Brick Financial's NO COST refinance, I was very skeptical but figured I would go along with it since I had nothing to lose. Well I am happy to attest that I closed on my refinance earlier this week and it truly was no cost and for an extremely competitive rate. Ask yourself, why would you throw away a few thousand dollars in fees to complete a refinance when these guys will do it for free?
