I normally do my own taxes and decided to try an agent. I dropped them off on 7/1 and Tammy said they'd be done in a couple of days and was quoted to be around $220. I called 7 days later and asked if they were done. It clearly wasn't ready and she did them that afternoon. She did do a fine job. However, it ended up being $500 for a family of 4 with 1 adult employed. I will stick to doing my own taxes and never go here again.

She was very kind with her time and very helpful. She left no stone unturned to do do the tax returns the correct way.

Update 2021 tax return - once again another smooth and seamless tax return with Ms Lesh. She’s consistently going above and beyond, requesting additional information as needed, following up even beyond her scheduled work hours, explaining changes and updates to tax laws. My husband and I rely on her every year for our tax needs and I’m thankful for her! Thank you Ms Lesh!!!!! 💕💕💕🥰 2020 tax return - My tax preparer Ms Lesh is very knowledgable. Each year she provides me a quick recap of any new tax laws, and frankly I didn't even realize they could change. She's completely by the book and takes her job seriously. If I miss something or didn't give her enough information she reaches out. I also appreciate that she provides guidance on how to save for the future. I got hit with having to owe state taxes so her advice on how to avoid it next year was helpful and pragmatic. ADVICE TO ALL - do the direct deposit for refunds! So quick and easy.

Answering all my questions that I had due to my tax refund.

Do not waste your money. This is the most unprofessional experience I've had. I was displeased with the service because the person, misspelled my last name, didn't offer any advice for next years taxes, gave the wrong address for local taxes, bragged about how much some of her other clients make, and didn't answer any of my questions about deductions. When I called corporate because I paid $250 for 1040ez, local, and state, and I believed I should have received better tax advice for future years, the office manager flat out lied on my case report saying he explained everything to me and we came to a resolution. I have yet to talk to him on the phone. I would not use this office as they are unprofessional, overpriced, and don't offer the services they describe.

Cheng Lesh was amazing! She explained the process and was very helpful. She is the only person who I trust to do my taxes.
