I could say it was because she got us a nice refund but it really is because she does a very good job of getting all the information and entering it. I gave her our paperwork a week ahead of our appointment and when we got to the office, she had most of it entered and was ready with any questions she had. She is also a joy to work with - friendly and works quickly so we were out of there in a minimum amount of time.l

Lucy helped us through a lot last year with our taxes, so it was an obvious choice for us to return this year! She is personable and explains everything very well!
