Excellent notifications and reminders for scheduled appointment, staff is very friendly and extremely helpful on the phone before and during appointments. Our tax advisor, John Matthews, has been excellent to work with over the last few years. He's kind and friendly personality and his excellent help to complete our taxes has been a huge asset for our tax process.

I really like Jonathon and he does a great job taking care of my business taxes. I never have to worry whether or not e he forgot any thing important. I trust he will get it right.

This office is horrible. They did our return wrong several times (same tax year) . We submitted a Peace of Mind claim and it was denied with no explanation and now for months I've been trying to get it resolved. I get passed from person to person with nothing actually happening. This office stopped responding to my calls and emails so I escalated the issue and it still isn't resolved. Most recently, they seem to be blaming me for the issue.

The Block Advisor was polite and professional. As he enter the information he was very informative as to the procedure and ask questions that would assist in getting the best return possible.
