Adam Markwardt at Bliss Mortgage and his partner Kim Reilly @ Reilly Processing helped my wife and I purchase a home in Dade City. We had been previously struggling with another banks poor performance and lack of response. Here is the way it went with Adam: 1) After applying and entering our data, Adam qualified us and delivered a pre-approval letter to us within a couple of hours on a Friday. Our previous lender took weeks to simply re-issue a pre-approval. 2) We found a home that same weekend. Adam’s quick pre-approval enabled us to place an offer and Adam’s commitment to a quick close made our offer appealing to the seller. Contract signed. 3) Adam identified a lender with a competitive interest rate and quick closing. He locked the rate the day prior to an interest rate hike saving us money. 4) Adam ran the mortgage process like a project manager coordinating activities of teams of people: realtors, lender, appraiser, title, and us). He set, met, and exceeded milestones pushing the team and process forward. 5) Adam worked extremely efficiently with Kim his loan processor and pushed us, very politely, when needed, to execute our activities (appraisal payment, home insurance selection, etc..) which kept us on schedule. 6) We loved that anytime, day or night, we had a question or issue we called and Adam answered the phone and addressed our issues. This was in stark contrast to our previous lender. 7) Result: Adam successfully closed 4 days earlier than committed and our expectations were exceeded.
