Quick, no-nonsense, clear communicator, Rick will not say “Yes” to everything you say, but will clearly tell you the way to get it done and then execute on it. Self employed borrowers are tougher to underwrite and I’m example A… Rick took my difficult case, a case where 2 other lenders had given up on a Fannie Mae loan, and after my first interview with him I was sold because he asked me all the right questions. Rick was thorough and specific on what documents to submit and when. It wasn’t easy, but it was easy working with him and a few weeks later I’m signing docs at the title company… boom.
