This place is an absolute JOKE!!!!! My sales person (female) was not great at all. She had a good attitude but was a liar. Never called me back after sever days saying she would. Then had the audacity to say that she left voice mails on my phone and my wife's, lie! She said the car had been serviced and cleaned, lie. There are drawings with crayons on the door and dirt and grease stains all on the visers and roof. Every window button and cruise control button sticks due to something spilt in them. Which I have yet to be able to get cleaned. 3 bald tires with one brand new tire! On a AWD vehicle, come on. A cracked windshield smh. The oil was black as midnight. I bought the car with around 62k miles and changed it at 66k miles. No reason for the oil to be black. Windshield wipers were worn and needed to be replaced, needed windshield washer fluid and coolant. They finally fixed the windshield and tires 4 weeks later. This filter and cab filter was disgusting as seen below. This was extremely POOR service by the whole dealership and to treat their customers so poorly just to make a sale. Yes, I should have checked the filters and did a more thorough check on the interior. Never again will I purchase another vehicle from them nor will I point anyone in that direction! Out of a 1- 10, I give them a -10000000.

Walked in here the other day looking for a used truck and was quickly greeted by BJ. Throughout the process he was very helpful with helping me look for a truck as we fought the killer cold weather and winds and freezing rain. By the end of it all he got me a killer deal and I drove away in a new Ram! Defiantly recommend these guys! Go see BJ Whitt for your next ride you wont be disappointed

This place is the epitome of shady sales tactics. Unfortunately I have to leave one star to leave a review, but they don’t even deserve that. They send us a flyer in the mail saying we won a prize, which I figured was all fluff anyways; so my wife calls to verify. They tell her over the phone that she did in fact win; so we take the drive over. The salesman tells us we didn’t win, but we get a $5 gas card. We she tells them she called ahead and was told we did win, he said “that’s what they have to say”. They wouldn’t even give us the $5 gas card without taking all of our information for their CRM. How about laying off the shady sales tactics and treating people right! That’s how you get lifelong customers.

Purchased my new to me RAM today. Outstanding service from this dealer. I drove an hour to go see them about trading my truck. I would very highly recommend these folks for ANY of your vehicle needs.

Me and wife were browsing internet sites and came across an Explorer XLT Sport we really liked. It was reasonably priced and had more features than the ones were looking at here in Oklahoma. We didn’t want to pass up this opportunity, we already had our loan through our credit union, so I didn’t waste no time calling them. Spoke with Heaven, she was very courteous and genuine, she told me everything I wanted to know, including mentioning some small door ding on back door, which I was okay with. With the help of her and Shane I was able to come to agreement on purchase price and delivery, in which we met them in the middle due to be 3.5hrs away. I was really impressed with them doing so. It was breeze, did quick inspection and signed about 4 papers and we were on way home with this beauty. I highly recommend Heaven and Shane from this dealership and they will definitely get referrals from me.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Initially had my own financing and the bank I was using took forever and ended up messing me around, Kalvin and Page took car of me and got us financed quickly and got our payment we’re we wanted it without having to haggle. Court in financing was great to work with as well. Enjoyed visiting with all the sales staff while waiting on my personal bank. Will do business with again! Thanks for a positive experience and great customer service!

Sales lady was good. Finance department no so much. I've called for 4 and a half months about my gap refund only to find out I needed to call the bank. I was told on several occasions they would check on it and call.me back. Never got a return call. I've dealt with many dealerships and never had an issue until this one.

Guys. We are driving cross country and Our 2019 Ram 3500 gave us a code regarding our def and that we’d be locked up at 5mph if we didn’t get to a dealer. We stopped at Oreilly Auto to get the code and it wasn’t a code we could find. Thankfully there was Blake Fulenwider Dodge just 1 mile away. Not only were they friendly and quick to help us but they did t even charge us. We were leaking DEF due to a detached Hose. They fixed the hose free of charge and gave us directions to the nearest car wash with under carriage cleaning to help get rid of the Crystalizing DEF that sprayed everywhere. Can’t thank them enough. We were back on the road towing our Travel trailer in under 2 hours. Thanks Zack for all your help and patience.

I just drove over an hour with a flyer from these guys saying I won $2,500 only to get a $5 gas card. I will definitely buy a car from someone else. Total scammers

Horrible Horrible experience. This establishment is just a scam to get you in the door. Had me drive over an hour away. Complete waste of my time and theirs. Making fraudulent Facebook post is bad for business. Being that not one promise made in their post was kept

Awesome service! Had a hard to find backordered part. No other dealers would help. 2020 Ram 4500 tow truck. Towed it 120 miles to them and they had us back on the road within 2 hours. Great service department and dealership. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Sales people are very pushy very persuasive. They will lie to you and tell you whatever it takes to make that sale. I was sold a 93k truck that was wayy above my budget at 0$ down in order to close the sale asap. They did not give an opportunity to back out of the deal. I was not even given the chance to go to a bank and see if I can finance it personally. They financed me at 6.0% APR through Chrysler Capital. Interest was accruing at $40.00 a day! They also personally put 2k miles on it to deliver to my home. I was not aware they will be driving it. Throughout the sale I felt very uncomfortable and stressed as this was the biggest purchase I've ever made. In addition to that the sales people were very forceful into making this sale. They could have said hey we will hold this truck for you think about it as long as you need, call us back when you are ready. But no they kept on pushing the sale. I bought a truck I couldn't afford ended up selling it for 72k to a private party and paying the difference on the truck in order to avoid bad credit and a repo. Do not buy your vehicles at this stealership. They will rob you to the penny. This was a very expensive lesson for me. Learn from my mistake.

I refuse to do business with this dealership EVER again. First, they sold my wife a truck that shouldn't have left the lot. The radio and a/c buttons didn't work as a wiring harness wasn't plugged in. When my wife came to get that fixed, the technician said "I'm a mechanic. I dont do electrical." She finally got it addressed MONTHS later. Then, when the rear differential had issues, they had the vehicle for 2 MONTHS and it still had issues. When we brought in a few months later, no one who had worked there previously was still at the dealership. They refused to fix my wife's truck and insisted that we buy a new one due to negative equity of my wife's that they refused to fix. We bought a new truck because we refused to drive a dangerous truck off the lot. On Sunday, over a year later, my wife had a flat tire. Come to find out that there was a padlock in the spare tire. There was no key and we were not informed of the padlock when we bought it. Fortunately, someone came by who had bolt cutters, otherwise she would have had to wait on AAA for about 2 hrs. On Monday, I called the dealership and, come to find out, the sales manager I dealt with a year is no longer there. I asked to get a call from the current manager, as he was in a meeting when I called. Two days later, and nothing. I cannot recommend anyone go here, in fact, I discourage you from EVER wasting your money at the dealership. Service after the sale means nothing to them.
