Blackhawk Bank 11th St, Rockford

Mobile deposits take FOREVER. Had I known it was going to take 4 days to get my money I would have just went in and cashed my check. Very disapointted in this service. I left chase for the fees, but at least my paycheck was available within a few minutes of using their mobile deposit. Almost worth the switch back.

Went to open an account here and waited three hours in the waiting area with only two people ahead of me. When someone finally came out to ask If I needed help, he told me no one told him I was there. This is after four trips to a teller to ask hoe much longer it would be. Been here a few weeks now and I regret it daily, every time I come in I get informed of a new hidden fee and have a long wait to do even simple transactions. Don't give them your money.

When I first walked in I wasn't quite sure where to go so I sat down in the waiting room. I was there not even 30 seconds when I was greeted by a very nice lady who asked what she could do for me and directed me in the right direction. Maybe 10 seconds later I was greeted be a woman named Kari. Kari was absolutely fantastic! She got me in right away to set up an account which surprised me because I had called earlier about possible wait times. I had my 2 year old with me and Kari was very kind and patient with us, and even went through the trouble of finding coloring supplies to keep my daughter from fidgeting. Kari explained every account option available to me in great detail and I actually felt informed as to how well each option could benefit me. Over all I was very pleased with my experience with BlackHawk Bank and Kari. I noticed everyone there is kind and personable with all clients. I would recommend BlackHawk Bank to anyone.

The worst branch ever. They take forever and when you have to wait for a personal banker you wait even longer I was waiting for Marisol about 45 mins while she finished up her personal conversation with a co worker. Every unprofessional. I will be closing all my accounts with this bank and go somewhere they value customer service.

I've been with Blackhawk for almost 18 years. I can't imagine not having there help with my finances. Best customer service ever

They used to be a great bank until they could not keep up and became understaffed. They suddenly started doing ridiculous hidden fees and charging money for basic services such as overdraft protection. This bank is prone to huge identity theft and their ATMs are incredibly outdated. I made several appointments to close my account and they made me wait too long to the point of leaving. They allowed a transaction to go through even though I warned them that it was an unauthorized transaction and to cancel it. They allow anyone to use your card without without your authorization. They sent my overdraft to collections even though it was 100% their fault.

Worst bank ever they blame you for all their mistakes constantly steals money out of your account and says it was your fault. Claims you’re lying all the time no one helps you, let’s scammers ruin your credit/life and blames you and calls you a liar, oh and if you have a joined account with your kid or parent both of you have to pay for the mistake they made

I mean they're a good bank with friendly helpful people. I mobil deposited a check 2 weeks ago and it has still not been made available to my account...

In my opinion this bank is completely fine with me every time I deposit it goes in my account immediately and I am really happy with this bank

The ladys are too rude to slow and act like they dont speak much spanish time to time they take too long and dont help
