Jeff Reed of Black Diamond Financial has been the best loan officer I have every used. I'm a real estate broker and over the years I have worked with countless mortgage companies and loan officers. The first time I worked with Jeff was on my own personal home loan. I was frustrated with the various lenders that I was referring my clients too, their rates and fees seemed to be all over the board.
