What an incredible group of knowledgeable and professional people, I went in hoping to sell some scrap gold that I had previously been lowball offered the same morning at one of the big chain pawn shops , William introduced himself and informed me about the entire process of selling scrap gold , he avoided candid statements and treated me like he had known me for years.
