We just built our first home in this neighborhood. It was very affordable for a new home and we got everything we wanted. Jennifer was really sweet during the process and calmed me when I was overwhelmed with the building process. Devereaux was really awesome with helping us with our selections with our home and suggesting ideas we didn’t think about, she even made a last minute change for us when I overlooked a detail for our shower. Pat our builder even helped my husband out when he saw we were moving our fridge into our home and needed help. We are really enjoying seeing the neighborhood coming together it’s turning out really cute.

Live across the road from the development. 8:15 at night and can still hear construction going, they never stop. Thoughts and prayers for you if an Ideal Home neighborhood ever comes into your area. The hammering never stops. Impossible to enjoy your own house. Do not buy in one of their neighborhoods until close to the end unless you like listening to hammering into the night.

Never anyone there to answer questions or show the model. If you post hours you should be there. 3 April Update While I was unable to connect with anyone at this property, I found an abundance of help within the Yukon area offices. I also understand that they might be covering a lot more territory than just the one property and smaller properties they might be stretched thin. We found what we were looking for at Skyline Trails in Yukon. Really pleased with the quality and impressed with the energy effieciency ratings.
