We had been searching for a Camaro for a couple months and when I expanded my search I came across this super clean, low miles 2012 at Birdnow Chevrolet. Tom was great to work with and the whole process was fast and easy. They understood our busy schedule and were glad to hold the car for us until we could make the trip.

We have had nothing but great experiences at Birdnow in both service and purchasing. The service department always does an excellent job - keeping us informed, picking up the vehicle for us, staying on top of any fixes that are covered by warranty, etc. We recently were ready for a vehicle upgrade, and Justin really went to work for us, finding us exactly what we wanted and needed. The purchase was smooth - everyone involved was knowledgeable in their area, and they made the whole transaction very easy for us. They even stayed late to accommodate our schedule. I went in for the an oil change and tire rotation last Tuesday. The best part about that was that I call Tuesday morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon! I was greeted when I got out of the car by Bill, the service manager, and he took the car in immediately. I was the only customer in the waiting are and there was an employee cleaning all the chairs and door knobs. Every one was friendly and the Dealership was clean and the staff made every effort to ensure the customer's comfort. Great job during COVID-19. They should be recognized for there commitment to customer safety and health.

I jave had the best experience with the Birdnow Family in Monona. I live several hours away and was back visiting family and had a wheel bearing go out during the drive to Monona. Without hesitation Bill in service squeezed me in and fixed the issue they were amazing and saved the weekend hunt. Two weeks later on a return trip back to finish up a youth hunt my transmission went out on my 2017 truck. Luckily for me Bill in service and The team at Birdnow were there to save the day. After a couple days of fighting warranty the team helped me into my new 2020 silverado. Truly a great experience during a very frustrating moment. Thanks to the Entire team at Birdnow in Monona.

Great people! Bryar, Mason, Justin, and the rest of the staff gave us an easy and enjoyable experience! They have a huge selection of cars and fair prices, but their service really made the experience 10/10. First time buying and they walked me through each step.

Three months ago I looked at Birdnow Chevrolet's website in large part because of their generosity to area charities. I was impressed with what I saw - and one pre-owned vehicle in particular caught my attention. In visiting the Monona dealership I was impressed with the genuine friendliness, the package of services offered with the vehicle, and the price. A short while later I was on my way home with a new-to-me truck. My advice: Don't buy a vehicle until you've checked out Birdnow's.

This isn't our first purchase from the Birdnow family of dealerships, and we love working with them. We currently live over 2 hours away, and it's still worth the drive. The staff is wonderful to work with, repair work in the past was both fair and quick, and we've never felt that they were treating us unfairly. Our experience at Birdnow was awesome. Everyone was friendly, especially Kyle. He was easy to work with and helped us get the new truck. We didn't stop in to add another vehicle but to look at a trade in and well it worked better for us to just add another vehicle. Kyle took us through the whole deal with ease. He has continued to check on us and see how things are going and I can call and he gets back to me right away. Pleasure doing business with and would recommend they go in and talk with Kyle.

We are in town from the Des Moines area. On our way to our Airbnb our tire light came on. We googled the closest tire place and Birdnow was the first suggestion. We stopped in 15 minutes to close.
