First, the application process is very easy and safe - it's all online with a secure method to upload the required documentation. There's a running list of requirements that you go down, checking boxes until you've provided everything required. Second, despite the reality of what's going on with the economy, the CC team had my conventional loan ready in 21 calendar days from the moment I finished my application. That's the fastest I've ever experienced. Lastly, both Billy and his team made themselves available to answer any question, no matter how small.
