I have left Wells Fargo due to terrible customer service I felt like they were robbing me with all the service fees. I also left Valley because they made me seem very out of place. Love banking with BFCU they gave me my first auto loan at 21! Will never go anywhere else.

Ever since i moved i have had nothing but problems with this bank. They have double pulled my loans several times and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Have sent important information to my former address. I have changed it qith them several times, but same thing keeps happening. The customer service has tanked over the last 2 years. Do not recommend.

Stopped in to take some money out of the ATM. I love that I get to chose my denominations instead of just getting a wad of 20's or 50's. I like that they are inside and watched by cameras. Getting out of the weather for a moment was nice. Staff was friendly, helpful, and polite.

I usually use the downtown location and I have always had a great experience; however, today I made the mistake of going to this one. I let the customer service person know that my debit card had been declined numerous times by merchants even though there was plenty of money in the account. The term "declined" was the term the merchants used, not myself. She said that there never was a time on her end that any charge was "declined" so maybe I was entering my PIN wrong? I wasn't.These were being run as credit. I tried to flesh out my stories to give better illustrations and locations, she was unconvinced. Finally, I said, it seems that you think I am either lying or undeserving or a new card!? She says she is just troubleshooting. I'm thinking that I'm going to have to close my account because I can't get a new debit card! In the end, I finally did get a new card, but it was like pulling teeth, and I was left feeling like I had extremely inconvenienced the customer service person and that my business was definitely not valued nor wanted.

Downtown the service is good enough, but in the satellite ATM location the attendant, whose job it is to assist patrons, had a very unhelpful attitude. I am from out of state and needed to make a deposit, and since BFCU does shared branching with my credit union, I though ok great, I'll give it a whirl. Well she had me access my account via my card on the atm to make the deposit; however, the machine wasn't working. Long story short, the attendant had the attitude that I should just know how this works and as of helping me figure things out was a burden. It could have just been a bad day/fluke, and I don't want to judge the whole enterprise of this one experience, but I needed to give this feedback.
