Bill's Pawn Shop W Main St, Purcell

I've been doing business with Bills Pawn Shop for close to 10 yrs. I've always had good experiences, I don't recall ever having a bad one. They've always tried help me get where I'm try to be money wise. They've always have good price and a selection of merchandise. So I'd like to thank him and his crew for it.

Bill is a very nice guy and so are the ladies that are in there. Every time I've ever been there they always greeted me with a "hello". You just kinda feel like family when you're there.

Ive been visiting Bill for the better part of 20 years. He and his employees all know me and my family and are always cheerful when we come in. Ive done everything from getting a loan on a pawn to lay a ways and purchases. Ive traded firearms with him and always feel like ive been done fairly. We have bought everything from Game systems, Games, Jewelry, Ammo and firearms. One time he even gave me a Blackpowder revolver that didnt work (I repaired later). Good guy, Very fair, Willing to help and I believe Honest.

Never been treated with such disrespect. Extremely rude employees. They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT treat everyone like family the person who said that probably is their family.

These people are the most wonderful people ,they are always so helpful. They have always been there when we needed help. And have just about anything you want in their store.

I've had really mixed experiences with Bill and his staff. My first time in, they were happy to answer my questions and seemed like nice people. I made a purchase and was happy with it. The next time I went in he was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was no better than the dirt on his shoes. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming that maybe he was just having a bad day which is understandable because it happens to all of us. I went in two more times after that only to be talked down to by Bill and his staff. They were so rude. After talking to other past customers about their experiences I'm pretty sure I now know why, but I'm not going to speculate on a public forum. Instead, like many others, I now buy from EZ Pawn in Norman. They have a better selection, better prices, and great customer service. It's definitely worth the drive.

He's expensive on somethings but you aren't gonna get junk from him. Hes honest and a straight shooter. I keep going here cause him and his family are Super nice. Really the only pawn shop I even go to nowadays.

Like most pawn shops, you will get way less than what you paid for your merchandise or what it would be worth if you sold it at a yard sale, I will say they've always had a nice selection of guns, but as far as pawning here if you plan on getting your money's worth you should go elsewhere you've paid dollars for your stuff don't settle for change on things they are going to make triple the price or more on when they sell them.

Bill is a fair and honest man. This is a family-run business and they treat everyone like family. He respects everyone and he treats everybody the same he run a clean business.
