Buying a house is gruelling no matter which lender one picks. My wife recommend Brian @ big valley mortgage as had worked with him in the past. Brian is very genuine gave info we needed was pre approved first day. After 6 house offers finally got one. Brian went over loan info and picked the one that best fit our needs. Processed and finalized.

Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our initial loan officer with a different company wouldn't get back to us, and we wanted to put an offer in on a house. Our realtor reached out to Brian and he called us 15 minutes later, after hours from his house just to get us a new pre-approval so that we could put an offer in that night. Talk about going above and beyond! As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect from the process, but Brian worked hard to keep us informed with updates every couple of days and he was always available to answer our questions.
