Unsure where to turn with tax problems, I started researching. Big Red Tax has excellent reviews for a reason. John is whip smart at his business. Knowledgeable with all areas and has multiple resources. He really helped me work out my tax issues. I'm extremely pleased and highly recommend him and his business partner.

Pretty good service the last 3 years 2020 -2022. No complaints so far and John is pretty knowledgeable about his craft. No reason to not give John 5 stars as of may 2022.

Jon is absolutely AWESOME !! This is my 2nd year at Big Red and if I moved across the state, I still would drive to have my taxes done here. We just filed and I had 2 questions on separate days and Jon called me back that day, NOT the next day, THAT DAY !! Let me tell you, you can't get any better than that. Jon is professional, very knowledgeable and quick. What my husband and I love the most about Jon is he is so down to earth and funny. He makes you feel like you've know him for years. He makes you feel like family because he is very determined to get you the most money as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Red !!

John at Big Red Tax Service Is by far the BEST tax service in the US. I lived in Kentucky and he did my taxes but I now live all they way in Arizona and John still has been my tax guy for the last 5 years! I don’t trust anyone else with my yearly tax preparation! Every person I met in that office today was friendly, kind, and informative. They did an amended return for me on last years taxes, and filed this years also. I was explained every single thing as it was done. They even found money I missed from last year. Amazing people and wonderful experience. 10/10 I do recommend.
