Ronnie, Dewayne and Rachel are freaking AWESOME! Anytime I wanna sell something, need extra cash or there to buy something they help me out and are always super friendly about it. Never inconvenienced or bothered and work with you always. I will only go to them. They remember your name and treat you like family.. love these people!

I was in there the other day, looking around at the guitars and electronics, when the nicest most patient employee named Lee came over to help me out, showed me all the different guitars, played a few, great guy!!, the others there could learn a thing or two from him, definitely will be back to purchase more.

Pretty much the only pawn shop I go to. I've spent more money here then most people make in a year. Rachael is always very helpful but I can't forget the other employees Lee and ronnie. They are all very knowledgeable and very helpful anytime I go in . Send people their way all the time.

Their good people with good hearts who make me feel like I’m a person rather then a number. Let’s face it..... when most people go into a pawn shop they Usually on hard times other pawnshops I’ve visited feel like they judge me and it’s really upsetting to see it happen to me just like other people however Rachael has made me feel like family when I go up there.

The establishment of Big Brother Pawn here in my home town is always the best one. Me and my parents and older sister frequently visit here and Dewayne is not a doubt their best manager ever!
