I don't recommend this reality firm. I won't state exactly which real estate agent is at fault. But I will say this...just go find another real estate firm. One that isn't just looking after themselves but you as a client as well. One that actually guides you through the process properly. Not rush over aspects to simply make a sale so they can make a commission through you.
