I have enjoyed dealing with Alex and everyone at Better Rate for the last 8 years. From a VA IRRL loan, FHA, and a conventional loan his knowledge and attention to detail have been constant for each situation. My experience has been getting in touch with him, explain what I am looking for, he asks questions on my ultimate goal, and features I’m looking for. He lays out the plan and what timeframe the process will take. He is always available, quick to get back me, and each instance the plan he outlined has come to fruition. When he says an appraiser, pest inspector, etc. will be reaching out – a)that happens b) he follows up and confirms that each step in the loan process is being handled correctly. I don’t really know what else to say except that he has made the mortgage and refinance process an enjoyable experience, and I refer my friends and family to him.
