At first my lender was Veteran’s United. They gave me an interest rate that I thought was good but I had second thoughts. I’ve done my research and just don’t stick to one lender. I went to a local lender here in Chicago walk-in and Better Lending assisted me right away. Katerina Goga gave me right away a lower rate than Veteran’s United and I didn’t even mentioned to her what was the rate from Veteran’s United. She was very professional and answered all the questions I needed to know. Everything went smoothly until the closing day. Highly recommended!!!

Having never refinanced a home before, I was expecting a lengthy and confusing process. It was anything but. Jeremy Hosch was excellent. Super quick to respond and answered all of my many questions, including a few I didn’t even know I had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Andy was very deceptive. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Their interest is not in the customer. I called seeking a better rate and Andy said I'm being taken advantage of with a FHA loan. Told me to cancel my appraisal and other loan and promised me he could get me into a conventional loan. This was not the case. He couldn't deliver on his promise or tell me that I would have a secondary payment... must of forgot that part right? So please do yourself a favor and make sure before you do any paperwork that you contact the person on the discloser and/or make sure its the same person!The person doing the loan work did not tell me his nmls# either,and used someone else's license. I remember when Andy told me I hate predatory loans and I hate the loan officer who gave it to you, it gives this business a bad name...well what do we have here Andy? This whole process with better Lending was confusing and in my prospective deceptive and at the very least unprofessional.
