My personal Realtor Eric Smith was fantastic. He was very detailed, professional and kind. I never had a phone call, text message or e-mail go unanswered and believe me there were many. I blatantly told Eric that I just wanted to sell to an Investor and gave him my reasons why. I was very adamant, and I don’t know how it happened but he convinced me to place my house on the market. He was absolutely right. I received several offers within a few days, received more than asking and am very pleased. I was advised and I will share what people told me “if you trust your Realtor, listen to your Realtor” and that was some of the best advice I received.
