I paused at the door because of the appointments-only sign, but they waved me in and were able to set me up with someone thankfully. The staff I interacted with were incredibly welcoming and professional. Their service made me feel more comfortable and reassured than most other banks I've visited.

Excellent place to do my personal and business banking. All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and all have a passion for meeting members needs.

This bank is horrible. Usually the ATMS do not work. The customer service is worse than Verizon's , which is an outstanding feat. Ive been locked out of my account for several days and cannot get in touch with anyone at bethpage to grant me access to my money or account. When I call I get put on hold for over an hour only to be randomly disconnected. The online banking services are inadequate and the apps are faulty. I urge anyone considering to use this bank to just use a more legit bank like Chase. You will regret banking with Bethpage.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. ATM is usually not working on weekends. If you have a problem and need to speak to someone at your branch there is no way to reach them. If you do eventually speak to them and they are supposed to call you back they never do. Statements are often late, don’t show up, or are incomplete. If my mortgage was not there I would change in a second.

Worse Bank ever ATM will take your card and money and not put it into the account. Never use their ATM cause if that happens to you they will fight you to keep your money.

Awful financial institution that treats their customers like they are lying fraudsters. Claims and fraud personnel talk down to clients and mock them for being scammed and then believe the scammers over the clientele when clientele make a claim. Avoid this institution and their despicable personnel at all cost.

I’ve been banking at this branch for several years and was always happy with the service. However since the COVID virus hit, I’m ready to bring my business elsewhere. After 5 months they are still not allowing walk-ins. Only one drive through teller. The usual wait is anywhere from a half hour to one and a half hours. This is totally unacceptable. The ATM is down more than it’s up. Bethpage needs to step it up before they lose another customer.

Worst ATM around. If i could give a quarter of a star i would. Their ATM only works on the 5th Thursday of every month. There is always an issue with the ATM, it can be no receipts, only deposit or not working at all. II may start just collecting their ATM excuses. on the weekend of the 29th, their ATM said "working but no receipts" but they forgot that withdrawals aren't allowed.!

I have been a customer at this bank for many years. I used to love this bank, but unfortunately I think I am going to have to change because their ATM's are absolutely AWFUL!!! And based on other reviews I see I'm not the only one who is having the same problem. This is the THIRD time i'm having to go down to the bank (you can't call the branch itself so you have to go in person) to report this. This bank is not able to provide a new bank card immediately either, so now I will have to wait 7-10 days for a new card and it is their fault. Also, this time around the machine also sucked up $120 of my deposit along with my card, and they will only do a count once a week, so that's another thing, you have to wait for any money you might lose in their ATM's. BEWARE

Huntington branch is not excepting walk-ins even with masks and gloves on. It's my 3rd time waiting in a 2.5hr line outside for the ONE TELLER LANE they have!!! If your going to accept new members this branch needs to update their location.... this is ridiculous.
