Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available for easy Service. Clean facilities. Branch Manager Jonathan Gordon is extremely professional and courteous. Raising my review to 5 stars!! We will definitely be going back.

One too many problems with this bank. I've had it. Not only was my vacation completely inconvenienced by this bank, I used this bank for a shared branch transaction. Guess what...that transaction doesn't show on my bank account, and this bank won't respond to the accounting department so the problem has yet to be rectified. No more with this place.

Amazing service and experience. Came here for an auto loan dealt with Kurt B. He was fast, efficient, and very personable. Made my entire experience fantastic. The entire process was as painless as can be with Kurt behind the desk getting all the paper work, and necessary documents ready. Thank you Kurt, and the team at the Commack Branch. Great staff, Sunday hours. Can't wait for the new location to open. Kid friendly bank accounts help young ones to save. Very Long Island community oriented.

Of all the banks I have used in the past, this bank, by far, gives the best service. I don't worry about my accounts with the real-time access available via on line and mobile banking. I am not a rich person, but every time I walk in the Commack branch, I am greeted with a smile and a hello as though I am someone important. That greeting can turn around a bad day. All the employees of this bank are very helpful. I have the need for Notary very often, I have never been turned away or made to wait. I never had this experience with other large banks.. Thank you, for your policies Bethpage Federal. You are the best bank.

The worst branch! My cash deposit Got stuck on atm drive thru on Friday early morning and they did nothing to assist me, when I told the personnel at bank that it was my mortgage payment $ and all she said was check online in 2 hrs or call customer service. Which I did and funds still not showing on my acct. on sat so frustrating to see that they don’t care about the customer service and experience. That’s why I’m closing the acct bc is not the first incident that I never got the assistance I needed.

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!! I am very frustrated with the Commack branch! I came from Bay Shore after finding out the drive-thru at the Commack branch is open till 5pm on Mon July 15th 2020. I came from Bay Shore and when I got there I had seen cones up at 4:45pm. The security personnel would not let me in, he had told me they won't let anyone in because there is a line of cars (3 -4 on each line - if that). So I asked if I could speak to someone but he told me they won't let me through either. Being very frustrated went to call BFCU but they didn't answer claiming high call volume so even more frustated, I left. SO AGAIN, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT THEY CAN CLOSE WHEN THEY WANT, OR A 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THEY POST ON THE INTERNET!!!

Giving a hard time just opening a bank account. It was a sign not to open with them.
