When I first met with Bethany, we discussed the pros and cons of selling and we talked through what my goals were. She had helpful recommendations of how to prepare my home and things that would be most important to potential buyers. Her team helped with a couple of minor changes and assisted with staging. She stayed in contact with me and through the preparations and getting everything finished by the listing date.
