I used their electronic chat and made specific request concerning the qualifications of the salesman that was going to greet me to view the vehicle I was interested in. Our salesman Johnathan Garza was polite, knowledgeable, and met all our expectations. No pressure. Our finance person, Jay, was the best I had ever dealt with. Excellent dealership. I took my car in for service. They had it for two weeks maybe more before telling me it was the transmission. Kept my car for a month if not more and I am still having problems with it. Will be taking it back Monday because I paid a lot of money for my issue to not be fixed. Poor customer service from Dionel. Could never reach him, when I did he always sounded annoyed with my call checking for updates. Would say he was going to call back and not once did I get a call back. When paying for my service I asked about the financing option and he was not versed in it at all. He couldn’t do it so I ended up paying for it out right. I have had to drive a much larger vehicle to work (in Brownsville) and gas is not cheap. I need my vehicle fixed and in a timely manner the first time. I do not have time to be leaving my vehicle for days weeks or months at a time. Better customer service is definitely a must because with that type of attitude rapport is not built, brand name looks horrible and growth of business will never happen.

First of all gorgeous agency! Employees were outside receiving customers. Immediately I was taken inside and fell in love with an ocean blue Altima, amazed by it. We immediately started the process. It took a total of 3 hours and worth it I love my car and the service was excellent I even got a healthy juice 💕. Price for car good and my trade in was also great!

So I went in and had two tires replaced. The service lady was very nice, but unfortunately they replaced one of my good tires. I notified the service team but advised me that the tech team was gone for the day due to it being Saturday. I had to go to the back of the shop and retrieve my tire from a pile. Took my good tire to a small shop in Mission to swap it out with the old tire Fiesta rotated. It was an inconvenience nevertheless unnecessary, especially when was trying to leave town with the family for Easter. The Manager was honest with the mix up and I respect the man for that.

The advisers, Manager, are good people, they try to help the customer, the problem are the Mechanics / technicians, when they perform a task (repair) if they see another problem .... they don't communicate with the customer, my firs experience, in a 2012 Nissan frontier, while they changed the oil, the person doing the job, he noticed a "nail" in one of the tires, put a mark (X) on the tire, but didn't notified any body, i seen it a few days later, and I brought the truck back to the dealer, and they fix the tire free of charge ....last week I took my Nissan Murano for recall, and spark plugs replacement, part of the radiator hose etc, was leaking, the whole engine was impregnated with the antifreeze. again no information about the problem to nobody, it's kind of frustrating, now I'll try another dealer, and see if the technicians are more responsible.

I just bought the car and the back window was not tinted. The dealership had me personally go get the window tinted which took 3 hours and the place was far away. Then the driver seat spring was popped out, so I took back to the dealership. The dealership had it all day. I called 3 times to see if it was done, since I took it at 9am. They never gave me an update. They just said it should be done in the afternoon. it was 3pm when I called. Then 5pm then 6pm and car was not done. Car was finally done at 6:40pm never answered my text messages either.

I don't recommend for anyone looking for a new car to do deals hear. This people your trying to better yourself and trade in a vehicle in poor condition and will not lie. And tell me I will give you 2k and good luck getting what your asking have a voucher 2500 to increase value and say 4500 trade in value is what we offer I was hoping that for my juke and 2500 on top. 7000 to put into my new car but nope almost felt like they spit on my face.

One thing. If you’re trading in your vehicle do not give them your keys!!! They’ll keep acting dumb when you ask to have them back and will keep leading away from the topic to try and sale you a car. Not to mention the stupid high interest rate on the vehicle. They saw a young and inexperienced first time buyer and they for sure as hell tried taking advantage. No integrity. Vehicle was originally 19k (sticker price) after interest and taxes it would have been ~28k I will say this. The salesman was trying to help. The people in “the back” and manager were the (insert derogatory term here)

Worst dealership ever after the purchase it was lie after lie. They kept my vehicle for more than a month at the service department just to come to the conclusion that they were not going to come through with what they had promised. I have messages where it shows that they order the part and confirmation that it was going to be installed at no cost and at the end of the day they lied and kept my vehicle forever. Then took my vehicle for services besides them taking 3 hrs for an oil change and a tire rotation my son and i were involved in am accident because they failed to install one of our tires correctly. Ended up without a vehicle for 3 months thanks to their negligence. Tried to speak to managers to get some assistance and only response i got was sorry your not in Texas (since the accident happen in Louisiana) we cant do anything. I had to find my way home on my own and even when I got home they ignored the situation and refused to help. Worse mistake on buying from this dealership and we got a refund for our GAP trade in and they kept the money as well. Im so glad we made it safe home my son and I thanks to our insurance agent and since im pregnant nothing happen to our baby. The cop that took the police report said things could have been worse in our accident since 18 wheelers drive crazy fast in that location and the weather had cleared up from the night before. They don’t care for nothing other than making a sale dont ever purchase from this location.

My parents bought a vehicle about a month and a half ago and has not been registered. The temp plate expires today, when we call the dealership they say that we do not have to worry, that they will pay for any tickets. That is the most dumb answer I have ever heard. The same thing happened at the location on 281 and trenton. They are not organized, and provide with the worst assistance. I would tell people not to buy from them again but, it is up to them. I won't do it anymore.

On 03/07/22 I purchased my very first vehicle at the age of 19. Thanking Mr Eduardo Montes who walked me through ever step of the way with proper information and answered all my questions. I went in to Fiesta Nissan just to look, but ended up liking a car. The salesman Emmanuel Reyes, approached us and offered his services, he was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle I was interested in. But, what made it easier for my husband and I was how personable he was. He was very professional, but was able to make us feel like we could trust him. He made us feel at ease, which made making a huge decision, such as buying a vehicle, much much easier.

I purchases a brand new 2021 Rogue SV with Fiesta Nissan on Saturday 11-20-21. During the buy everyone was very helpful and answer my question. I was told I had to wait for Monday 11-22-21for my vehicle to be deliver guarantee on Monday. My vehicle didn't came in on that Monday. I spoke with one of my sales man and he couldn't answer my question of to where my vehicle was nor what day it was going to be coming. He told me to speak with manager. I try and made contact with a manager for 4 hours to no avail. After 4 hours one person that was not a manager answer me the phone and check again on the last transport that came in for my vehicle and told me what I was already inform that my vehicle was not here. After he told me that it took another hour for the New Cars manager call me. I ask him what he could do to inform me about my car or if I could get a rental car since I was waiting for the new car for a holiday trip. He plain out told me he couldn't help me and that they didn't have rental car to lend me. He stated that only his GM could help me out but he was out already and he couldn't call him. I felt much disrespected that it took 5 hours for someone to answer my calls. This manager advise me he will call me first thing the following morning. He never call. I had to call and talk to another manager of sales. That told me he couldn't rent me a vehicle either. All kind of excuse where given by both managers not to help a paying customer. I was about to cancel the deal but a transport came in and the vehicle was on it. But it took all day to clear the car to me. The Vehicle came in at 10am and I was not given my vehicle until almost 6pm. Very disappointed in the customer care it was given to me.

Summary of my review: Sales rep lied to me about features on the car to get me to buy it, general manager told me he was canceling the extended contracts but never did. Long detailed version: I recently purchased a vehicle at this location. I was helped by two different sales reps one of which I later learned lied to me about the different features on the vehicle. I went back to the location a little bit after the initial purchase date to check with the team about why some of the features weren’t working on the car, they informed me that the vehicle did not have those features. I was confused since those were the main features told to me by the rep that sold me on the car. I asked to speak to the other rep who sold me on the car with these features and he initially started the conversation with “no sorry you’re wrong I never told you that” to which he later pivoted to “don’t worry we’ll add it to your car no problem” this idea was shut down by the other rep who mentioned to him the style of car I bought does not actually have those features and they cannot be installed to which he responded with “its ok we’ll just buy back your car” after his I asked to speak to the general sales manager since the sales rep I was talking too didn’t know anything about the car he sold me. When I soke to the manager he told me the rep is from finance and should not have been out on the floor selling cars. After talking to him I also asked to cancel the extended contracts and we signed the forms, he told me this process would take about 10 weeks max. That was in Late October and early September when I was informed the forms were already send and the cancelations were happening. It is now early January, and I am being told I never requested them to be cancelled and they are still being charged on my account. Even with written proof that they told me they were sent out I am being told I never signed anything.

Service department staff don't always approach your vehicle when you pull into the Service area so it leaves you wondering if anyone will attend you so then you have to get off and ask for help. I had a 10am appointment for a battery warranty replacement and an oil change. My wife and I were at the dealership until 4pm hungry and frustrated. Our kids kept calling us asking when we were going home.

I took my rogue in for a simple thing took all day I was there since 7:30 and they gave me my truck back at 4. I was there sitting and looking to see if any one was working init,, I asked hiw Ling will it take she said the mechanics was out to lunch. Finally got my truck and I got a oaper with urgent care it needs brake fluid and water and they couldn't even do that it's really disappointing I will never go back they are so rude

The only concern I have is that i found out i can get a better interest rate with my credit union but Nissan finance can't get me my loan account number and pay off amount because it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the loan process completed. This is Absolutely Unacceptable! Now I will lose out on a 2 percent interest rate because you can't expedite this process which is baffling as you why it can't get done in a few minutes. In this day and age of the internet we still operate like 🐢 turtles. They can give me 2 percent i think Nissan finance should match my credit union offer! This is why I wait 30 years to purchase a car! Because of issues like this!

I have been needing to get an issue resolved with a vehicle I just purchased. I was told it would be fixed before I purchased it. And I have been having problems with getting in contact with someone to help me with this issue. I keep getting passed along to different people who are unwilling to help me. Vehicle had repairs in the past and still needed additional repairs the dealership said weren’t needed and would fall under warranty later on. They kept talking about their 3/36 used car warranty. Turns out it was 3 MONTH / 3600 MILES upon asking about the details. Spent days and hours over there. Not a pleasant experience.

What made our experience a stress free one was the support and help provided by the sales representative, Vidal Serna. He was always on top of what we needed and would always respond to our concerns through texts and calls quickly. To us, the most important thing in purchasing a vehicle is how the sales rep treats its customers, and Vidal was amazing. We purchased two vehicles with him.

The WORST experience ever!!!!! To begin with, we waited at the dealership from 9am until closing and then had to return back the next day. After completing the purchase, they then tell us the car is not ready because it needs detailing and they would call us. We didn't hear anything for about 4 days. No responses to text or calls. There was always an issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone!!!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I can’t say enough great things about this dealership!! We live in San Antonio and the Nissan dealership there was awful, so since we were going to visit family in the area I called a few dealership in the Edinburg/McAllen area and ended up deciding to go to Fiesta Nissan first, I called and their phone representatives are amazing! I spoke with Christina and she was so knowledgeable, she followed up with all the info I needed and that was that! When we actually got to the dealership we were greeted by the manager and the salesman we were going to be working with and they both assured us that they understood we were coming from out of town and would make sure we could leave with our purchase today without an issue. He was able to get us a great deal on the SUV we wanted and finance beat the rate our credit union quoted us, and to top it off the service department was so helpful! Took my car for trade in, over 30 days and still haven't sent the check to my previous finance company. Now when trying to call them to resolve the issue they won't take my calls and keep giving me the run around. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced from a dealership. Update: Omar Fixed my issues really quickly after he got ahold of me but answering of phones needs polishing in the front. They just transfer over with no details of how long it may be for holding or taking info for a callback is pretty much useless.

Terrible experience. I brought my car in for recall service. They told me it would take 2 or three hours. Five hours later I started calling them. Got put on hold and then disconnected five times. Tried online chat on their web site. The service manager told me they'd get in touch with me soon. Half an hour later they called again to say it would be another hour and a half at least. Not acceptable. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I had an awesome experience yesterday at Nissan in Edinburg. It’s my first time buying a vehicle and I got a great salesman named Ben Barrera. I had always been scared of going to a dealership because of the bad experiences I’ve heard. This place needs help in everything purchased a truck took to service due to exhaust leak and manager from service said it's suppose to mark black because they are vent holes and he was not going to fix it. He has a problem and vehicle certified customers be aware of service sucks. They happy to sell you a car but when a problem arises they won't help.

I would not recommend anyone to make business at this dealership. I would hate for people to WASTE their hard earned money on a faulty vehicle. They were so quick to make the sale but refuse to help although the service department failed to perform a thorough inspection. I have had the car for about a month and it’s left me stranded multiple times. It was sold to me with a corroded battery, the rear view camera goes in and out and now the radiator support failed and I’m left without a car. Don’t waste your time nor money here. They won’t help you.

Was overall good.. was actually faster than i expected. i arrived kinda late in the evening but the salesman (Newer) Mike stayed late to show me some used cars and eventually got me the new suv i wanted. He was honest, explained the process at each step, and stayed with us while we had to wait for papers to be done till the process was completed.

I went to check out some cars today, first agency I stopped at. This guy Danny was super nice, def recommend, great salesman! Everything was going awesome, until this guy Jay? I believe was his name. Agency manager or Financial adviser, he humiliated me saying how could I think about purchasing a nice and luxurious car, if the car I own right now is JUNK. Who in the world says that to a customer! 🤣. I asked to check out a truck and he just kept saying that I was not going to be able to afford anything that was not a Nissan Altima or Sentra. I remained calm, because I mean if that’s his way of “selling” to customers, then best of luck to him 👍🏻 After he came along trying to “sell” with his negative comments I just wanted to go home. Did not feel the needs, or wants of purchasing a new car. Humiliating experience overall. I do appreciate everything Danny Guevara did for me, he really tried convincing me in taking a new vehicle home but like I said, this Manager guy came by and ruined every chance there was. Really bad attitude, tried to make me feel less, I get it, he’s the “only one who can see my credit” but that’s not the appropriate way to treat a customer.

Good inventory of cars but when it comes down to the choices it goes upon the bank which is understandable but the rep help my family push it for a vehicle and got it but once you sign it they block you and don't keep on contact to you on the update on the car. I sign the papers yesterday (4/27) but haven't been updated on the vehicle even though I was promised to get the car within 24 hrs.

Took my vehicle in for service. vehicle was in the shop one whole week. Service manager helped me allot. I had to start dealing with him due to the poor service and attitude problem with Roxanne villareal. she was extremely rude in multiple occasions so i stopped dealing with her. she wouldnt return my calls, would not keep me posted with my vehicles progress, in a bad mood all times and seemed like she was just there to collect a check.

Got my car serviced and waited 6 hrs for them to tell me the car wouldn’t be ready till Monday, came back Monday and still wasn’t done until 2 days later. Now Waiting almost 5 hrs for an oil change and they haven’t even started. Waste of time. No point in setting an appointment if they don’t value your time.

What made our experience a stress free one was the support and help provided by the sales representative, Vidal Serna. He was always on top of what we needed and would always respond to our concerns through texts and calls quickly. We drove from Brownsville to Edinburg and met with sales reps at Fiesta Nissan. At first it was good, looked at Kicks and Rogue Sport. Overall experience was alright, but things quickly changed. It went from alright to poor real fast. The process was extremely long. We arrived at approximately 6:45pm and didn't get home until after 1am. Too much sitting and waiting for things to happen. We did purchase a vehicle, and my daughter was happy with the purchase. But it was difficult to finalize the purchase. It almost seemed like the staff had a goal to send us away without a new car. The experience was not good. While we made the decision to purchase, we were told by Eden Villarreal we would have free oil changes for life, and we would have access to the service in Brownsville. Well, it was a lie!!! We were just about finished signing the official documents for purchase, we were told free oil changes would only be available in their Edinburg shop and not in Brownsville.😡 Oh, and you must be careful, when you think you're about to purchase a car of your liking, and after waiting around for hours, Eden came back and gave us the bad news, our vehicle was sold to someone else. Can you believe it? The car we thought we were about to take home was gone! It was sold to someone else. So the only choice we had was to leave empty handed or choose another vehicle. We had already been there for 3 hours, and our goal was to buy a car, so we stayed and chose another vehicle. And of course, we couldn't find a car of same value, we committed ourselves to purchase a more expensive car. Nissan vehicles are good cars, I only wish there were an easier way to purchase a Nissan without the run around. Why can't these sales people be honest? Very disappointed. M. Cordova

My advisor and technician assigned to my vehicle recommended items that I had either replaced or serviced the week prior to my appointment on my own time. The area where the work was performed was left dirty with oil. The job got done but as an overall experience it was not pleasant.

Well to start, I needed a car due to returning back from being stationed overseas in the Army for two years. I have been looking online and found to be a good deal. I jumped on it and looked at the car, and it was a lemon. Had to wait until they gave me the car, which was two weeks. And big reveal. The check engine was on. Was sold the car in advance and had to pay for insurance, two weeks of insurance wasted. Didn’t get a refund. Returned the car. Two weeks wasted and money wasted. Drove for two weeks back and forth to sign paperwork. So there is that, time, gas, and insurance wasted. Probably around 300 dollars gone, thanks to fiesta Nissan. The response that i usually get is, “I and sorry to hear.” Etc… Sorry doesn’t refund me the 300 dollars that I lost. I bet if it was any of you manager, you will be happy because you are not bothered of loosing money, because you steal it from hard working people that have to live on a budget. Don’t go here. Go somewhere up north for your vehicle. Cheaper north of Corpus Christi.

The advisor, Ms. Linda Perez is very knowledgeable, she explained what the recall entailed and the time it would take to do the repairs. After the initial inspection, she also contacted me and sent me the information for the additional work that my vehicle needed and again, she was very clear in her explanation.

Words can not even begin to describe the amazing experience fiesta Nissan has shown me as a first time buyer. Every single one of the staff members were so friendly and made my buying experience pleasantly easy. Dee and Carolina the internet managers were so welcoming over the phone and very knowledgeable of the vehicles and were able to set me up with a test drive for different models. Fred Garza was my salesman and explained the various specs each vehicle came with in addition to price comparisons making it easy for me to understand. I really appreciated how the Manager Juan was ready to answer any questions or concerns I had in addition to laying out the payment plans for me. Really made me feel like family ^u^ . Jay and Omar the finance managers broke the numbers down into a simple fast and efficient manner making my visit short and sweet. I highly recommend starting everything online with Dee or Carolina just to save yourself some time at the dealership. 10/10 would recommend.

I was tied between getting a Ford Ranger or a Nissan Frontier, so I applied at different dealerships online. Nissan Fiesta was the only one who did all the paperwork and had everything ready with a monthly payment amount before I test drove the Frontier. So amazing! I was able to get a new 2021 car for only 277 a month. Everyone was so helpful, I had been shopping around all day and these people actually cared and helped. They did not pressure anything and I didn't even have to run my credit to find out monthly payments before making a purchase.

I did plenty of research of what mid size SUV to get before even going to dealerships. I finally decided that the Nissan Rogue was the car that I wanted. I sold my vehicle at Fiesta Nissan. I was given a decent price for it. The only thing was that I received the check 7 weeks later, and had to constantly be messaging for an update. Intially I was told it would take 2 weeks for the process. I have family that sold their vehicle at CarMax and got the check the same day.

Sales person Cynthia was very professional and polite, the financial guy was a different story. I understand the word “salesman” but he was to pushy with his approach and told me to be smart and buy the warranty. He is not my father and telling me if I’m smart or dumb. After telling him know for about one whole hour he still kept pushing the sale of the warranty. He probably wanted extra money for his Vegas vacation, I seriously can’t blame him but NO MEANS NO. CYNTHIA WAS AWESOME THOUGH.
