I am from Wv & was looking to buy a house in Wny. Had no idea what exactly I wanted. Emailed 3 different realtors to look at a house I thought I liked. Rita Zambito was the only one that contacted me back. For the next 3 years I had Rita show me houses. She is the best. She drove over 2 hrs once to show me a place. Cindy found us the ideal home and was really supportive as we went through the stressful buying process. She was also really sweet with a welcoming gift for our new home. We think about her every time we see it.

They got me good. Paid 100, 000 more than the house was worth. All the "Features (Garage door opener, dishwasher, etc.) that increase the home value were broken or unusable, yet still raised the cost. I can't bring myself to say anything good about the house. Just (almost literally) slapped a coat of paint over it to make a sale.
